I constantly called / texted to change the itinerary & he was fine the entire time. He was a total gentleman - we all greatly appreciated his help getting in & out of the limo especially in high heels. I'm positive he supported my entire body weight a couple times & I was happy he was able too lol Communication was great. Price was competitive. Limo was clean. Water & champagne glasses provided. 3 main suggestions I'd have is to get better options for charging devices. He had a solution but it wasn't ideal - especially for a group our size. The stereos would shift often & was annoying but we also had the music up really loud...so that could've totally been our bad. Last, I was trying to get a VIP table at a nightclub & Tim was supposed to handle that part & confirmed that he had - but when we got there, that wasn't the case. I was annoyed for 2 minutes but he did get us free passes to get in, didn't have to wait in line & walked us to the area of the club we wanted to be in...once we got in, no one really cared about having a VIP table lol so all in all - still 5 stars!

Cockroaches, mold, theft…read more would highly suggest avoiding Myrtle Beach Tours at all costs. From the beginning the customer service representatives were patronizing and inconsistent. I stayed with a group of friends and each of us experienced credit card fraud because of the third party processing Myrtle Beach Tours chooses to use. There were hundreds of dollars stolen from our accounts and Myrtle Beach Tours representatives were entirely unapologetic. The place itself is in extremely poor condition--watch out for cockroaches, black mold, and loose jagged floor tiles. The air conditioning is kept on freezing and tenants cannot change it. Overall, this is a poorly run operation in a run down location. Bad.
