Friday - March 28 2025 This was my first time ordering from Bellagios Pizza OC and it will definitely not be my last. I ordered the Friday special: Margherita XL for $22 (Call in to get the deal) ; Jalalujah SM and an order of the oven roasted chicken wings with Bleu Cheese on the side. Connor was the young gentleman that took my order over the phone . I placed my order around 8:00-8:10pm and it was almost ready by the time I got there at 8:30. The staff explained that the wings are baked twice to get the perfect temperature and texture which is why it would take just a few more minutes. According to my hubby , it was worth those minutes, he really enjoyed the wings. Everyone there on staff tonight was just smiling , staying productive and they were all super friendly. The store itself is quaint in size but kept very clean and I just loved that everyone was enthusiastic about being there and making sure that each customer that came in , like myself, was met with good eye contact and a smile. Overall it was a very delicious meal, reasonably priced and an excellent customer service experience. read more

This place is overrated. The crust is very chewy the time did you get the pizza takes about an hour to be delivered and is very expensive no quality just because the location doesn't mean you'll have to charge so much. read more

When I want good pizza in Oregon City I go there. I usually order the regular crust, but last time I ordered the thin crust. I am nervous ordering thin crust because sometimes it is tortilla thin, but not here. It was perfect!! It was done on time too. read more

Pretty decent gluten free pizza and bread sticks. At least they offer gluten free options which is nice. It's weird to go out for pizza and not be able to order a beer though. They go together, lol. read more

I always skip their pizzas and go straight to their grinders! The signature Bellagios is pretty awesome, especially when you add the Italian dressing to it. Last time I ordered online the delivery eta wa 1 hour, but our order ended up being delivered in around 20 minutes! There pizza is good, it's a little undercooked for my own personal taste, but I do really like their butcher block pizza. I've always had good customer service. I would vote 5 stars on their grinders 3 stars on their pizza due to the cook factor. read more

The place was empty when we got here, so our service was quick. It's not the best place for dine in, I'd recommend delivery. Place is clean but out dated. Staff is young and not too friendly. We ordered pizza, cheese sticks, and Caesar salad. The salad was old looking, and resembled a handful of dead leaves on a plate. The cheese sticks were amazing! So flavorful and cooked perfectly. The pizza was ok, not the best, but better then dominoes. Not a lot of flavor, crust wasn't cooked all the way through, and it just looks like a digornos pizza. I wouldn't eat here again, but don't think it's that bad of a spot. read more

The pizza is decent. The website is absolute crap. They cancelled my order so I phoned it in. When we went to pick it up, they said they didn't have an order for us. Then they told us it was set up for delivery. The pizza was luke warm. They put thick slices of Roma tomatoes on it like they were an afterthought, they added nothing to the flavor of the pizza. This location is poorly managed if indeed they are managed at all. This will be our last order from Bellagios. read more

I've only done Delivery, but their drivers are always super nice, usually young. The pizza, on the rotten tomatoes scale, gets an 82% from me. It hits the spot. read more

BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING AT BELLAGIOS IN OREGON CITY!! We ordered 3 large pizzas for 14 people on Sunday, May 6. Barbecue chicken, veggie, and pepperoni. Within 5 hours, 12 of us were violently ill at the same time: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. We live at 2 different residences and eating the pizza is the ONLY thing all of us ate. If you look up Bellagios score on the Public Health records, it is a LOW score as far as food safety goes. Food poisoning is the worst and most miserable experience any of us have ever had. My parents in their 90's are also very sick. Saddest part was when we called the manager, he was not concerned in the least! So we called the Health Dept. and they are investigating. Stay away!! Needless to say, we will never go back . read more

horrible. horrible horrible customer service. every time you order breadsticks they forget the sauce. then when you call to let them know it's the same song and dance. "we can give you a discount for next time or note your account so they won't forget next time". that's. a joke. they have noted my account 3 times now and still forget every time. tonight I paid for extra sauce and for 0 with my 12 breadsticks. I called and they said same thing they always do and I asked them to please bring me the sauce. took them 95 minutes to bring me the sauce. at this point my pizza, my chicken and my breadsticks are cold. won't order from these people ever again. zero customer service! read more

I really really love this place. It is by far my fave pizza place for pizza in the area. Jimmy o's has a delicious salad bar, but for pizza this is the best. They deliver, they have fresh toppings and unique combo's. Good salads. Good wings. Fair prices. They deliver far into the Beavercreek area. Service is always good. 4 stars for pizza, the fact that they actually deliver all the way to my house, they have never messed up an order, and service has always been spot on. Good pizza and great buffalo wings. They have some unique menu items for a pizza co. We get the ceasar and grinders on occasion which are decent. This place is the ONLY company that will deliver to our house in rural OC... So thank you Bellagios for having a decent service area. :-) read more

This review is for "delivery" Pizza only, not a sit down brick oven type of pizza. Maybe I have just been lucky, but every time I have ordered from this place the pizza has been slightly above average for a delivery pizza, hence the 4 stars. Delivery time is hit or miss, on my last order I asked why. I live just inside the city limits by 100 feet, so my order is bundled with one closest to me, which is understandable. read more

False advertising. Ordered the butcher block, in photo it has ample toppings, what I received was undercooked with minimal toppings. Cheese was not fully melted, sauce lukewarm. Flavorless. I'm too intimated to even enter this establishment. Every time I have walked by this place, I see atleast 4 employees sitting around on their phones. I saw the manager the other day. I could tell it was him because he was really over dressed. He had one large book that appeared to be full of his business's earnings. It was unorganized. I am assuming that this business will flop soon. I'm not sure of the employee with the long hair and beard, he looks like Wayne from Wayne's world. Scary. Put on a hairnet. This one lonely sad star is based on pizza alone. The staff was friendly and helpful, though there was a 90 minute wait time for delivery. Oh, well...I ordered anyways with high expectations as I've been here (though not to this location) a number of times in the past and they've always put out a decent pie. This time, however...not so hot. In fact it was almost inedible. If I hadn't been starving I probably wouldn't have had any. We got the Oasis and when it arrived it looked and smelled fantastic, but upon first bite...ew. The toppings were flavorless, the crust was underdone and the whole thing was way too pasty tasting. My husband wants me to make sure that I include the fact that he liked it. They have online ordering. The pizza was undercooked and most of my family got sick from it. We asked another family about it and they were told not to order on Fridays or Saturdays since high schoolers worked those nights. Not a wise business practice, just need to fix the problem. read more

The pizza was not good at all. I threw most of it away. The sauce was too sweet, it looked terrible (take out). I was super dissapointed because I have had Bellagio's ordered from Clackamas and really like their pizza so I thought that if in OC the quality would be the same. I order from this Bellagio's at least a couple times a month (let's say I eat pizza more often than I should. Whatever, judge me all you want... nom nom nom). The pizzas are perfectly baked and have exactly the flavor I crave when I want to order a pie, even if it's just plain cheese. I'm right around the corner from the place, so delivery is usually much earlier than estimated and pizza arrives hot and fresh. The drivers are always friendly, too. Ordered online. Got there at 8 when the pizza was supposed to be ready and we had order 90 minutes before. The pizza was not in the oven yet. Sides were not included when paid for, toppings left off. This morning guess what? Double charged the debit card, nice. Talked with the manager, now I have to go to the bank and print out a statement showing they double charged me to get my money back. I'll admit....I'm a Pizza snob, yes I am!!! I like a damn good pizza...one with fresh toppings and a great crust. Don't give me the crap in the red, white, and blue box... yeah, you know who you are! When you have one of those nights when you don't want to get off the couch and make dinner, but you want something delivered that has good flavor... Bellagio's is where it's at! The Mother Earth was bursting with garlic creaminess, lots of artichokes and we added chicken to ours. The smells coming from the brown box that was delivered to our door were intoxicating.... gimme gimme gimme...the plates could not come out of the cupboard fast enough! If you're a fan of garlic like I am, this is the one to get! Loaded with fresh toppings in every bite. And the crust...oh yeah, done just right! Not the thick doughy undercooked crust like the place down the street (yeah, the one mentioned above!) but crispy, cracklin in your mouth. I also must add, no dripping grease to mop up here either! Bellagios is my favorite pizza around. I've found the perfect "make your own" pizza and they always get it right for me. Delivery is always early and the drivers are always so nice and double check the order with me. This location is consistently awesome: pizza is delicious, on time, the people I interact with are super pleasant, and I don't have to cook. What else could I ask for? Love them. read more

Ordered a pizza at 6:00. Was told would be 30-45 mins.....decided to try and get some grocery shopping done before my Pizza was picked up. I arrived at 7:10 and was told that it would be another 15-20 mins. The "excuse" received was the fact that they got extremely busy and we're not expecting it to get so busy. If that was the case....why was my pizza still on the prep table and not fully put together?? I expected to maybe get something for the trouble. Coupon for the next time perhaps??? Ordered pizza and wings online for delivery. Estimate was 90 minutes. We called twenty minutes after expected delivery time and were told that the order "just left". We called again twenty minutes later and he said it would be here any second. Pizza arrived cold and had obviously been sitting before being delivered. Spoke with the manager and he offered a credit for next visit, replied that we would never be ordering from them again. He also mentioned that he had called to notify us that our order would be late. Called tonight to order delivery told 45 mins to a hour. Called back when it was going on a hour and a half and Joseph told me that I didn't even have a order placed! A little irritated I was told I could pick up a order I told him that was crappy customer service! He had nothing but excuses saying I must of called a different location I told him that's crap cause I redailed the same number. I love this pizza. It really doesn't have a restaurant per se like Flying pie or jimmy o's but what it does have is really good pizza. I have never received a bad pizza and their calzones are just as good and huge. The salads are fresh and ample. Best pizza in Oregon city. read more
