I've been here a few times now…read more They seem to be the small town start up soap slinging folks. Carry on little guys!!! I am pretty sure the owners are here when you visit and that is who you deal with when you come in. If not, they are the absolute most bought in employees I have ever seen before in my life. This lady I have spoken to is so passionate, energetic, and friendly! Wonderful smile and a glowing personality to boot. Makes me want to be around her!!! They have just about anything that can have a scent here and a few non scented Junts as well. I did hear a lady ask if they had stuff for babies and the crew kind of backed away slowly from that. So far, we have soap, candles, laundry detergent, laundry dryer ball scented oil, car air freshener, and room scents. All in all I have enjoyed them. They are not as potent as the Buff folks it seems to me, but I will say the soap makes my skin fell much better than the BCS stuff does. I'll see you soon for more goodies! I prefer all things that touch me to be clean and fresh, which is kind of strange as I only take about 55 showers a year! My skin hates soap and makes very little oils. I got my bacteria's all in order so don't come at me for my hygienic practices. I even have Asian type ear wax nowadays. I smell like a dream too! Don't worry the daily bits that need it, get washed, LOL. Stay clean Memphis. Wash them butts and drawers daily! Some of that other can wait!! '26 - 60

I chose Hotsy because I expected professional workmanship and commercial-grade materials…read more Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I paid over $1,700 to have my commercial pressure washing trailer plumbed. From the beginning, I discussed having everything connected, including the water supply lines to the tank. When I picked up the trailer, those lines hadn't even been connected. After I brought the trailer back to have them finished, I was charged an additional $165 just to run two hoses that I believed were included in the original job. I was also disappointed with the quality of the materials that were used. The plumbing was done with basic clear braided PVC hose and standard worm-drive hose clamps. For a commercial pressure washing rig, I expected professional-grade components that would match the quality and price of the work being performed. The materials used simply did not reflect what I would expect from a professional installation costing over $1,700. To make matters worse, one of the lines cracked before I even completed my first job, requiring me to bring the trailer back for repairs. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I wasn't asking for a full refund. I simply requested that the $165 charge be refunded, which I felt was a fair compromise. Instead, I was only offered store credit, which wasn't an acceptable solution since I don't plan on doing business there again after this experience. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I believe customers paying premium prices should receive premium workmanship, quality materials, and fair customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations.

This is like my second time going because I am more of an online shopper now, but when I went the other day I had to come back and leave a review. The customer service was immaculate. Each person that I encountered that day was pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. They event took out time to help me match items. Everyone was extremely kind. I felt good about making my purchase. Another thing I noticed about this location is the cleanliness of the store. Everything was laid out perfectly. Things were sorted out be color, item type, seasonal collections, etc. The clearance rack/section and everything were all in order. I loved it! As always, the value and quality of Tory Burch is why I am a loyal customer of the brand. I have had all of my pieces for years and they are all in tact. Even my "everyday" purse I wear is still in great shape after all these years. I bought a reversible belt and a pair of stud earrings. I'm loving it so far. Great store! I will definitely be back. They have new fragrances that I fell in love with while there.

No greeting and no acknowledgment despite being the only customers in the store. Seconds later, a white woman walked in and suddenly the entire staff came to life, loudly and enthusiastically welcoming her. The discriminatory difference in treatment was immediate, obvious, unacceptable. To the older black worker, don't insult me with half hearted compliments or offers to help after the fact. We noticed exactly how we were treated the moment we walked in. The damage was already done, and the message was loud and clear. If you're still comfortable treating Black customers like we're invisible until proven "worthy," you have no business working in customer service. We saw it. We felt it.
