My hair was not lying right in Chicago and it was even worse in Florida with all the humidity. After reading several reviews about Studio B Creative Urban Salon, I decided to make a hair appointment with Dat. I explained my situation over text and told him I was in town for only a week. He was extremely accommodating by squeezing me in on a Saturday. He worked his magic and gave me an incredible style. His technique has never been done on me in Chicago, and believe me, I've been to all the so called posh salons in the city that are located on Michigan Avenue, the Gold Coast and River North. They don't know what they're doing, as I have had terrible styles over the years. Dat initially cut my hair dry and then washed it and cut it again. He did something called an undercut and used different scissors to style my hair. I could immediately tell that my hair was going to lay right, as the cut was very precise. I was so pleased with the results. My mom too was extremely impressed so she decided to book an appointment with him. Her haircut came out amazing as well. She was so pleased. I'm now back in Chicago and my hair couldn't look better. How I wish I could find someone as talented as Dat in my local area. He is a true artist. Plus he is extremely personable and interesting to talk to. My overall experience was a 10. I honestly don't know if I'm going to let anyone cut my hair in Chicago after having it cut with Dat. I think it's worth the wait in going back for a cut with him.
