I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

Janet was incredible before and at our wedding. Not only did a friend of ours who is also getting…read moremarried soon ask us for her info while we were still at the wedding, but even the bridal attendant at our venue said that Janet was wonderful, which was especially meaningful to us since she also told us that often the day-of coordinator and bridal attendant end up stepping on each other's toes a bit, which was not at all the case here. She kept everything and everybody on track, and there wasn't even the slightest hiccup of any kind throughout the entire day. Our parents initially weren't entirely on board with the idea of a day-of coordinator, but relented after the day went so smoothly. We were all able to fully enjoy the wedding, and be guests at our own party!

We exchanged emails which he was also very responsive to. Then my plans changed where I had less people attending and ended up having to go with a smaller (cheaper) package. That's when the conversation stopped. He was no longer responsive, gave me little to no instruction or details for the day of (he couldn't even reply to confirm my reservation), didn't check in to make sure everything was going smoothly and I also called them a couple times the day before the event as well as the day of the event, no answer. On the day of the event, the venue ended up having a concert that ran late and instead of the 11pm entry time he briefly mentioned, they changed it to 12am. My group did not know that after arriving at 11pm. We waited 30 minutes and then ended up going to a different club instead. I've had much better bottle service experience elsewhere. Waste of time and would definitely not recommend.

They met with us about a week after I had reached out to them, and communicated with us to get all the info before our big day (which was only a few weeks away at that point!). The day of the wedding, they went to my now husband's place first to capture him getting ready and were infinitely patient when he was very late in coming back home from picking up his best man! They then came to my place to capture me getting ready with my ladies, then rushed to the church to set up their cameras for the ceremony. It was AWESOME having the dual team and THREE different camera angles at our ceremony. And they were with us at the reception until like an hour before the party ended - which was almost 12 hours!!! They were also ridiculously fast with the editing - our wedding was on 10/5 and they sent us the link to our highlights video YESTERDAY - only 3 weeks!! I can't stop watching our video. We recently tied the knot at a beautiful B&B in upstate New York, the site of one of our first getaways as a couple. While the Inn is perfectly outfitted to house its overnight guests, our's was the largest event it has hosted. We needed to rent and bring in all essentials - forks, knives, glasses, plates, extra furniture, all food, and of course typical items such as flowers, candles etc. Working with Jove made this entire experience a pleasure, we just focused on finding things we liked and he took care of the rest. I don't know what kind of organizational wizardry he was doing behind the scenes, but his management made my wedding week one of the most relaxed and full of joy I can remember. The vendors he helped us find all delivered beyond our expectations and on budget, and he was consistently checking in with them to make sure everything was on track. Jove even coached the inn management through any issues they were dealing with while hosting the big event. As wedding day approached I couldn't believe how relaxed both me and my spouse were, we spent our entire wedding catching up with loved ones and just enjoying the party. If I could give this guy 10 stars I would. As our wedding wrapped I heard repeatedly from friends and family that ours was the among the most unique, memorable and enjoyable they've attended.
