One of those blinds failed in the very first summer we owned it. Since then, the company has been out to "repair" the same blind at least ten times. At one point, they shipped it back to Hunter Douglas, leaving us without a window treatment for two of the three months we actually live in the townhome each year. Despite the repeated failures, they have refused to replace the defective blind. Instead, they continue to send technicians out for the same problem, and after year 1 they charge us a service fee every single time. We have pleaded with them to stand behind their product and provide a replacement, but they clearly care more about billing for service calls than actually solving the issue. Their service approach can only be described as "we don't care about our customers." If you are considering using this company, my advice is simple: stay away.

Installation was easy to schedule, quick and convenient. They removed the old shades and cleaned up afterwards. It's been over a year since the blinds were installed. Well that same day I had another company come out and quote me and I was quoted 6k! I was like oh wow, maybe I can't afford to cover these doors. So Budget Blinds called me the next day, and I said hey, I don't think I can afford blinds. She had me explain what I was looking for and she said, "I'm pretty sure we can beat that." So I was like cool, come on out. They sent Ryan out, who I believe is also the owner, and he was very nice, patient, not salesmenny and understood what I was wanting and pointed me to the exact blinds I picked out earlier with the other group. His quote came in at $2900. Wow! So I was a little nervous there had to be a catch or that install would be terrible. 4 weeks later, the installer comes. I can't remember his name, but he was the nicest kid, and he did an amazing job, asked me to take a look in the middle of the project to make sure I was happy. It was just a really great install. I am extremely pleased with the quality and look of the blinds, and I will use them again when I need more windows covered! P.S. They all love dogs!
