Little Jo's pizza isn't bad, but the service and attitude sort of stinks. We once waited for two hours for a pizza. It showed up and they tried to charge us for it even though it was stone cold. I've had calls where I was treated like trash just trying to order a pie. All in all most Pizza in HRM all tastes the same barring some exceptions. They all get the same ingredients from the same Sysco truck, it's a numbers game. This isn't any different.

We've ordered three times over the past while, and the food is really, really bad. Fish and chips - the fish wasn't just burnt, it was incinerated, and the few fries that were tossed in were undercooked. Pizza was unbelievably tasteless - very skimpy ingredients and cheese...although few ingredients may not be a bad thing, since the mushrooms were really funky. Add to this that I was overcharged two of the three times, and the staff on all three visits were clearly unhappy that they were working, because they didn't smile or use any type of customer service skills they may possess. In fact, they were pretty sullen and even rude. Not even a "thanks for the support", even though I overtipped on two visits, because I know a lot of restaurants are struggling to stay afloat. Oh, and no masks worn by staff, no evidence of sanitizing between customers, and the signage they used to have up about requiring masks, etc are all gone. I'm really sad about this one...ordering here used to be a great experience from beginning to end, and the food was pretty good, but I will vote with my feet and spend my money elsewhere.

Tonight however I bought their special of 3 small donair and 2lt pop, I took my food and drove home to mount uniacke, I opened up one of the donairs and sat down to eat what I thought was going to be another great donair, to my utter shock while eating, I took a bit and started to chew, I felt what I thought was a hair I instantly stopped chewing and spit out the donair, there was a huge black hair wrapped up in the donair piece I just put in my mouth. I instantly took the donair and tossed it in the compost container, I called Randys to let them know what disgusting surprise was waiting for me. The lady that answered the phone quickly passed the phone to another employee when I let her know, the other worker asked what he could help me with, I proceeded to tell him about the discovery, his reply was "what about it" I again told him, the donair had a long hair in it, he said I would have to bring the hair in to get reimbursed, I told him the donair is in the compost and I live in mount uniiake that Im not driving back tonight and I wasnt digging in the compost. I asked the worker if he will go good on fixing the issue, he said there is nothing he can do unless he has the hair, I told him fair enough I will not be back and I will get my friends and family to boycott this place as well, very poor customer service.The worker clearly didnt care that I told him I wont be back, so with that Randys you died to me tonight, and with the people who I know do go that wont any longer I dont think the cost of replacing a donair that one of your employees was neglectful to wear a hair net around the food will be worth the cost of the lost revenue. with employees who dont care about their customers, Im sure Randys will soon be another closed food establishment in sackville.
