I said I am bleeding and that hurts, it's ok he said. I said no it's not and when you put acetone and gel polish on my open wound that will burn even more. It's ok. That is all he said. I know the risk of infection is high now and I stated I am not comfortable continuing that I want to stop and leave, 5 minutes into the service. He asked WHY!!! I AM BLEEDING and I not comfortable. Got up and walked out. What a shame because I had a great pedicure here a month ago from the older tech. I will never be back. As soon as I got home I Immediately put peroxide on it. Hours later it is throbbing.

I've had a few massages and I can't recall one bad experience . I take my daughter there every now and again to get manis/pedis and the ladies are very nice and make my daughter feel very comfortable . I do agree that everyone working should atleast acknowledge someone when they walk in if the the receptionist is not there , but it's understandable that they are also normally in the middle of doing a service for someone . I also use to hear awful things about the staff but I'm almost positive that they hired the majority of all new people a couple years back. That being said , I would suggest to ignore the old reviews. Hoping to go there around Valentine's Day for a couples massage , so we'll see ! No complaints - I recommend this salon.

The whole massage seemed like she was distracted as she forgot to massage certain parts that she repeatedly asked where I was having the most pain and I told her multiple times where they were and they were still missed. She talked through the whole massage so I was not able to relax like I wanted to. The service was also finished 10/15 minutes early so for the 100 dollars I spend for the 60 minutes I missed roughly 20-30 minutes of actually receiving that service. I really needed this so I'm just a little bummed about what I spent and received.

The stylists genuinely care about you and want the best option for you making sure you are happy. For example, when my kids were young, I thought about making a more dramatic change that would need quite a bit of maintenance and my stylist talked me out of it knowing I likely wouldn't love it in this season of my life. When I was ready for a more dramatic change, she worked with me through discussing what I wanted and it turned out absolutely amazing. They are also very friendly and personal chatting with you just the right amount. I love that even though I hadn't been to the salon in quite some time, they still remembered quite a bit about my life. It shows that at this salon, you aren't just a number. You are a valued and cared about customer. They do quality work at affordable prices. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great salon to check it out. One thing to note is that they don't accept credit cards, so you will need to bring a check or cash.
