I came across Kree's Yelp page because of how close she was, but what really stood out was her website--the caliber and vibrancy of her photos were incredible. I knew right away she'd be a perfect fit for capturing my niece, both in her cap and gown and in her super colorful prom dress (which I was confident Kree could do justice!). From the moment I reached out, Kree was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The contract was simple and straightforward, pricing was fair and the breakdown of her packages were awesome. and she helped us agree on a time and location that worked perfectly, not far from our house either, which was a huge plus. On the day of the shoot, Kree arrived right on time and immediately made my niece feel comfortable. Since it was my niece's first time being professionally photographed, I appreciated how Kree guided her with poses and gave her direction to bring out her best angles. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience fun. We received the edited photos about two weeks later, and they were amazing, better than I could have imagined. Kree truly captured my niece's personality and the significance of the moment. Highlights for me: super responsive communication, an easy-to-understand contract, a convenient location, her friendly demeanor, and of course, the beautiful final photos. Thanks so much Kree!!!

I've already recommended her to several friends--and will continue to do so. I reached out to Xinlei in a bit of a panic, hoping to capture newborn photos at home. Thankfully, she was available and offered a wonderful "Watch Me Grow" package that included sessions at newborn (added fee), 6 months, and 12 months. I really wanted newborn photos in our home so we could include our two dogs and remember this special chapter--bringing our baby home to our San Francisco house. Like any new mom, I was overwhelmed. The day of the shoot was pure chaos--baby had a blowout, peed on the bed, skipped her nap, and I wasn't fully ready when Xinlei arrived. But Xinlei was so calm, patient, and reassuring. She made us feel completely at ease, even when everything felt messy. I genuinely thought there was no way we got any good photos from that session. But when the gallery came back, I was blown away. The photos were stunning. They beautifully captured our new family--full of warmth and love. You'd never guess how hectic that day really was. The 6- and 12-month shoots were just as smooth. Xinlei was consistently kind, creative, and patient--and the photos were incredible every time. I've received so many compliments, and I can't wait to work with her again. If you're even thinking about booking her, do it. You won't regret it! Also her pricing is very reasonable!!

As a new mom, who delivered 5 weeks early, I was disappointed not to have had a chance for a maternity shoot and overwhelmed trying to research accommodating photographers whose work I loved. After 3 months with a preemie we were finally ready and Xinlei was recommended by a close friend. She was amazing!! We selected her "Watch Me Grow" package that included sessions at newborn (she allowed us to do this at 3 months), 6 months, and 12 months. I really wanted my daughter's photos in our home so we could include our puppy and the brand new home we had just moved into. On zero sleep, still struggling to "feel like myself", realizing I had only selected outfits for the baby, and forgetting to eat... Xinlei was exactly who we needed. She came with bringing baked goods from Paris Baguette for my husband and I (hangry husband would not make for a good shoot! Haha), loved on our attention-starved puppy, and was so patient when our daughter feel asleep / had to take a milk break in the middle of the shoot. We laughed the whole time, got to know each other, and all felt so at ease! She even included my mother who was visiting in a few photos - something so special to us. The gallery (for all our sessions) blew us away. The photos were beautiful, captured our growing little family... and she even included a few fun blooper pictures (a given with a newborn, 6m, or 1 yr old) for laughs! We also looked forward to our sessions. Xinlei is so thoughtful, patient, and deliver beautiful quality work. I would highly recommend!!
