We seated ourselves out in the sunshine on the deck with a view and were greeted by a lovely young lady. There were enough choices on the menu and they were reasonably priced. We were able to speak with the owner, see where the grapes are grown, see where the wine was stored, and sample a number of the wines. I imagine the place has changed a lot since we've been there, but I still remember how well we were treated, and how delicious that Australian wine was. The saddest part of the entire trip is that I carried two bottles of wine home with me. I didn't put them in my baggage because I didn't want them to break. Consequently, when it went through airport security in Sydney, they simply took the bottles and dropped them in the trash. I was unable to take them with me on the plane. It was enough to make a grown man cry.

Location cannot be beaten…read more Fish 'n chips were OK however another piece of fish would have made the dish, two slim pieces just didn't cut it. To me the battered fish were slightly overdone. Chips were French fries and hand made/cut chips would have given more character to the dish. There was no heads up about the specials or special of the day which appeared a more substantial pick other than burgers or fish 'n chips. $30 for a steak a little pricey and suprised not to see a steak sandwich on the menu. A good selection of tap beers and wine list but again I expected more on the menu. Many customers appeared to drop in for a coffee or milkshake and the view. Good competition around the area and suggest checking out the menu before choosing a restaurant!
