Manager tried charging me more then tried to take item away…read more I was looking at an old organizer case (with smaller organizer containers within) and the manager hovered over me while I was looking at it. I was interested in buying it and was debating buying the second one (without the smaller containers) but as I went to keep shopping and think about it he stopped me and said he needed to "reprice it" because he made a mistake. He wanted to make it more expensive because of the smaller organizers that came with the case. I indicated the sign that said no repricing and that the one without the internal containers was cheaper (indicating it was already priced to include the smaller containers) he proceeded to open it up (while I was still holding it) and taking the smaller containers out saying that he would sell them individually. Had to talk him into keeping it together and at the original price. Annoying experience. Unlikely to come back, would rather go to East Bay Depot in Oakland where the prices are better and staff friendlier.

I finally talked to Carol and told her I will drive to their HOME to pick up my property. UPDATE: I went to their home and retrieved my clock. I have made numerous attempts to find it, offering to come up and id it, and have gotten no response from Roy and nothing but excuses from Carol. DO NOT TRUST THEM with your family heirlooms. The grandfather clock had to be repaired by my brother. sadly, Roy doesn't have the knowledge or skills do do it correctly, and the other cuckoo clock we had him "repair", has never kept time. There is a reputable clock repair shop in San Mateo on El Camino at 25th Ave that knows what he is doing, and we will go there from now on. In terms of our lost clock, I even asked if we could pick one from the shop to replace it, again, no response. I will be reporting this business to the State of CA, and will probably end up suing them. Save yourself the aggravation and don't do business with them.

The large canvas bags are put together with jean material, fabric from Mexico, hand-sewn flowers, hand-painted flowers and images of Frida. There are many gift ideas. I bought several small cross-body bags (two for me, one for my friend in Tokyo). You can remember your trip to SF with a painting of cats enjoying a romp in front of the Golden Gate Bridge.
