TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They ruined my sister in laws plans for her wedding by "accidentally" making one dress dark grey instead of light blue. We now have to scramble to find a dress for all of the bridesmaids for a wedding in a month. And they do not care at all. It took days of arguing to get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Wedding planning is stressful enough without the added stress from this place. When I originally went in I made sure they were aware of the sizes and heights of all of my girls. We picked several dresses and I was assured that they would be able to get those dresses in enough length for my taller bridesmaids. Picked a dress and turns out, they couldn't get it in the length needed! Then I pick another dress, which I am also assured will come in extra length. Turns out, they can't get that one either! Meanwhile one of my other bridesmaids went ahead and ordered the original dress from EBay so I felt like I was stuck with trying to make Bella work for me. This was where I went wrong! I should have walked away and found somewhere else. I still tried to make it work and found one of the only dresses in the store that they could actually get in double extra length (if they would have done their research in the beginning, we all would have known this was the only option from the get go, several months prior). Her dress ended up not matching the others but at this point we were desperate. Moving on to another bridesmaid who was tall but not double extra length tall. We put in the order for her dress and she pays for it only to find out that they were not able to get the dress in extra length in time (which by the way, myself, the bride, was not notified of the situation and I found out from my bridesmaid). They send 2 more options, one being the original dress, one being a different one. They say that they think the original dress in regular length will be fine. We tell them to go ahead and order. Fast forward to the arrival of the dresses, I set an appointment to go see the dresses next to another bridesmaid dress that arrived and walk in to see one dress they sent in the email and another completely different dress! Not the original one we chose that they later said they could get without extra length. They never told me that they were unable to get that dress in and showed me a completely different one. Of course they tried to sell me on that dress which did not match the others. My bridesmaid does not like the dress and asks for a refund- which is a whole different ordeal on how they were not competent enough to refund her. She ended up ordering straight from the Adrianna Papell website and getting her dress in 2 days for a much cheaper price. The same dress that they were unable to get for her. I would absolutely suggest going this way rather than dealing with the trouble at Bella of incompetent employees who are just trying to make a sale, paying more, and waiting months for the dress. read more

I came here in May to get fitted for a dress for an October wedding and signed for that specific dress. Months later the bride is getting notice that the fabric has been "ruined" and that a different new dress will need to be chosen. The bridesmaids were not notified personally of the change and alterations were not done for the new dress style. Finally dresses were received the second week of September and everybody's dress fits as if it's for another person, huge in the top and length was too long. Upon notifying merchant of my dissatisfaction via email, received no response after a day, later called and was told by a rep that my email was "ignored" because she felt it was a message for her manager. She also stated 8/10 girls require a fitting after receiving dress, if that's the case that should've been more of a reason to obtain a new fitting. After contacting that day, never received another call/ email from bella bridesmaids. Horrible customer service, save your money, distress and go someplace else. read more

They have a gorgeous selection of dresses which was perfect for my bridal party considering I wanted them to all wear different styles. However, communicating with this store was nothing short of terrible. I found myself having to repeat things over and over to the employees of this establishment as if they don't communicate with each other about their clientele, or they just don't care to make sure their clients are being heard or properly cared for. When we were about to order our dresses, they encouraged us to order by a certain deadline to receive free rush shipping, so we did, but then were not given that free rush shipping because it was "unnecessary" given that my wedding wasn't until December. Why offer it if you're not going to honor it? It seemed like they were just pressuring us to buy the dresses so they could secure our money and business, which is understandable but these dresses are very expensive and a hefty investment. The dress selection is nice, but for the price that you're paying for the dresses, I'd hope that great customer service came along with it. Sadly, this just wasn't the case for us. read more

I would not recommend asking your bridesmaids to buy their dresses at this boutique. The dresses are extremely overpriced and the customer service is subpar for the amount of money you are spending. They ask you to come in for an appointment to "measure your correct size," but all they actually do is recommend a standard women's size that they think will fit. The dress size they recommended I ordered was way too large. When I reached out to see what they would be willing to do for me, they simply referred me to the contract that said "no exchanges" and suggested a tailor I use that will give me a discount. Obviously this tailor makes a lot of money off this bridal boutique - and at the end of the day, your girls are having to spend more than $350 on a dress and alterations - for dresses that are NOT made to order but merely regular women's sizes. We had a very disappointing experience at this particular boutique. We arrived and I gave the associate our budget but told her we weren't limited to that budget. My bridesmaids started to pull other dresses that they liked and the associate said that they were over our budget. She also told my girls not to pull the dresses, that if they liked one, to tell her. She did this multiple times. It made it hard for my girls to tell her which dresses they liked as she was hardly around. They had no plus size dresses for some of my other bridesmaids to try on which made them feel super insecure. When we finally decided on the ones we liked, they started to rush us out the door. I was trying to decide on colors and they said we were "out of time." One of my bridesmaids even asked to try on one more dress to which the associate told her she couldn't. It was 3:30 and they close at 5. When we finally left, half the dresses I chose weren't in my showroom. I texted the associate and she didn't respond until 3 days later. I sent her pictures of the dresses that weren't added. She never added them. One of my bridesmaids and I went back to compare colors. I saw the associates staring at each other and making faces as if me and my bridesmaid were ridiculous. They made us feel super unwelcome and again, were rushing us. Needless to say, I didn't want to give this boutique our business. They missed out on 10 bridesmaids dresses because of their poor customer service. I don't want to post the associates name but I will be putting in a complaint to the manager of the store. read more

Avoid getting your dresses here at all costs. I'm not one to bash a businesses but this is well deserved on their part. My sister is getting married and went to Bella because they have a large selection of every size and color dress. Little did we know that would be the only positive about this place. She picked out the style and color and sent her bridesmaids the information so they could go to nearby stores. I happened to go to a store that didn't have the full length style in stock so they gave be a short one that was half my size. Why I even tried this on I don't know. I was measured and compared to the designers chart and handed a piece of paper to go order my dress online. Honestly could have saved her time and mine and measured myself at home. Another issue was I asked 3 times if I should get extended length and she advised against it and told me I would be able to wear heals because I wasn't tall enough. FF 3 months and the dress comes in. I literally couldn't sleep after I tried it on I was so mad. It didn't fit anywhere and barely graced the ground when I was barefoot. After numerous calls to the store and emails and finally getting a hold of them they said they couldn't do anything to fix it because it was my fault the size I ordered. I WAS MEASURED BY A BELLA EMPLOYEE!! Just the worst customer service I've ever had since I had to call back each step of the way to follow us since they failed to do so and just ignored me. I went in for a fitting she didn't even help me what so ever and was like let's just measure you so it says I did. And then picking up my dress was such a hassale. I called them at least 20 Times and texted them and they texted back were busy and when I got there they were doing NOTHING!!! And also didn't respond to my emails. No one in our bridal party had a good experience with this location! Don't get me wrong the quality of the dresses was amazing (paid over 300$) for a simple dress but the service is terrible. The store was also very cute and clean but Go somewhere else or to a diff location. If you're paying over 2k for all the bridesmaids dresses you would think they would have good service! The only reason this place even gets 1 star is because the dress is pretty. Long story short, I tried on a size 6 and it fit perfectly! So the owner decides to order me a size 8 because "all women's weight fluctuates." Which is true but I fluctuate within 2 pounds, not an entire dress size. So on top of a really expensive dress, I now have to pay a pretty penny for alterations because this lady thinks she knows best. Not your average run of the mill bridesmaid shop!! First off, the store itself is absolutely beautiful, you can tell the dresses are of good quality. Then you have the one on one customer service, which is above and beyond anywhere else. (I've been a bridesmaid 4 times this year alone so I've done my fair share of shopping elsewhere!) When I arrived the woman in the store had no record of my appointment and didn't have the dresses I requested to try on in the store.
