From bridal dress shopping to tuxedo rentals and even dress preservation after the wedding, they truly are a one-stop shop for all your bridal needs. After my wedding, I was able to drop off my dress for cleaning and preservation, which saved me the hassle of finding another company that offered those services at a reasonable price. The convenience and quality of service were exceptional. Crystal was incredibly kind and helpful while assisting me in finding my wedding reception dress. She made the experience enjoyable, and I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. Her husband was equally amazing when it came to my groom's tuxedo rental. Due to travel complications and flight delays, we were worried about getting everything completed on time. They went above and beyond by staying open later than normal so my husband could come in for his fitting, ensuring the tuxedo was ready for our out-of-town wedding. Their dedication to their customers truly exceeded our expectations. The prices are very reasonable, the customer service is outstanding, and the fact that they can help preserve your dress after the event makes them even more special. I highly recommend A Heart's Desire to anyone looking for a bridal gown, tuxedo rental, or dress preservation services. They made our wedding experience stress-free and memorable from start to finish.

I came here looking for bridesmaids dresses and, at first, had a really positive impression. I was…read moretold that any dress I saw in the magazines or on the floor could be ordered and delivered within 1-2 weeks. Based on that, my bridesmaids and I visited the shop once a week for three weeks, and each time we were reassured that dresses could be delivered quickly. On our final visit, we chose the dresses and placed the order. We were told again they would arrive within a week. When I called to check on the status, I was told it would be ready the following week. However, when one of my bridesmaids went into the store in person, she was told the dresses would actually take about a month and a half. Because of this sudden change, we had to scramble to find dresses elsewhere. When I called to request the measurements so we could order online, the staff member I spoke to had a very rude and dismissive tone. She told me, "These are my measurements, so you would need to pay $20," and became increasingly hostile during the call. When I tried to explain the situation and the inconvenience caused, she began yelling at us over the phone, saying it was "her time" for those measurements. After several minutes of being spoken to rudely, she finally gave us the measurements--but the entire interaction was extremely unprofessional and stressful, especially during what should be an exciting time planning a wedding. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the misleading information, lack of communication, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Horrible Customer Service and rude. Why wouldn't they re-show me the dress that I was interested in purchasing? She kept telling me the dresses were all handmade when I asked which catalog the dress was in so I can see if there is other colors in that same dress.
