I would like to say, I NEVER do negative reviews, but this one had to be done. I came into Kimmie's office wanting to color my hair fully blonde. We texted prior to the appointment, sent her photos of what I wanted and knew exactly what I wanted. Fast forward to the appointment, she told me it was impossible & talked me into a partial highlight. (Please refer to my pictures. The last 4 photos are my before pics for root reference and the picture of me holding my hair up from the back is Kimmie's work.) She completely over processed my hair. She had me brush my own hair after sitting in the sink for 15ish minutes, rewashing, retoning my hair (because she said "I made the bleach burn my scalp from my sweat"). At that moment, I knew something was wrong. She handed me the brush and it was a disaster from there on out. My hair was coming out & it's STILL falling out. I have never had that happen to my hair, even after having knotty, curly hair. My scalp is on FIRE & itchy as I type this. She turned my hair orange at my roots. At first, she was going to have me leave with fully wet hair & not blow dry it but once I saw my hair falling out & the tint of orange, I said I needed a little part blow dried to see what the color looked like. Kimmie tried to convince me that my roots were already orange, but as you can see in my pictures, my roots were not orange. She said she'd put toner in my hair to fix the orange, which didn't make sense to her previous claim of my hair already being orange. She stared at me like I did something wrong, making me sound stupid for crying and that I was the problem. I asked genuinely what to do, crying & saying I wasn't trying to argue. After back and forth of trying to convince me everything was normal, she told me to not pay & leave. You can see in my roots that it's burnt or somehow ruined. She had another client in the room and proceeded to talk me into leaving her salon while I was crying, staring at my hair in shock in the chair. "I gave you this beautiful hair" she says, walking away with the brush, pulling out the remainder of my hair. Now I have white highlights (of which I did NOT ask for), orange roots, thin hair, breakage and an extremely burning scalp. Plus, she was suppose to cut my hair and didn't even cut it. My hair is continuing to fall out in this currently moment of time. Kimmie is a great person, wonderful conversation, but I will not be coming back. I am devastated

They are so thin I can pick up coins without having to slide them across the counter. My polish lasts as long as with gel polish, but I do not need to soak in Acetone. I have gotten gel polish here, and the removal was a professional wrap, not soaked cotton and tin foil. Liz is friendly, meticulous and can please the pickiest of people.. me. The shop is very clean, very friendly. I am so glad I found it.

I was given instructions to get ready for my service and left for a few minutes to get comfortable on the bed/table. I got an hour service and every minute was used to its full extent for max relaxation and cleaning of the scalp.
