Not only was she trained by a well known plastic surgeon here in the US on how to maneuver the tissues to achieve maximal lymphatic drainage, but she is also very good at kneading your skin where it needs to be to prevent fibrosis. She has a keen eye (and hand) for recognizing fibrosis, and is a professional at minimizing, and even eliminating it. As if that wasn't enough, the woman is a spiritual warrior and always knew when I was in need of encouragement. It was a very vulnerable process going through a tummy tuck, arm lift, lipo360/bbl. Ladies, you're going to come across a lot of post-op massage "deals" from people who just see dollar signs. As a nurse, it mattered to me who's hands touched my body after my surgery and when I came across BeYouBody you better believe I wanted to know the extent of her medical background, and trust me when I say she is qualified! Her shop is elegant, private, quiet, and super clean. You will never question wether she knows what she's doing or not. She helped me endure and heal from the toughest recovery of my life and I'll never forget that. Her hands and heart have been blessed to be a blessing to us girlies who went under the knife. It's not easy, but with Tiffany you're gonna come out renewed, and snatched! So much for keeping it short. Lol xoxo

They're located inside Optima Salons, and getting there and parking were both super easy. The building itself is light, bright, and very clean, and I had no trouble finding LymphGlo once I arrived. My masseuse was Michelle, and she was wonderful. I told her it was my first time getting a lymphatic massage, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was very kind and calm, answered all of my questions, and explained things along the way. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. When I say head to toe, I mean literally head to toe! I don't think I've ever had such a thorough face massage before, and it felt so good. The massage was also different from traditional massages I've had because we started with me lying face up instead of face down, and she worked on all the different areas of my body. I especially loved the stomach and tummy massage. I told Michelle that I had never had my stomach massaged before, but surprisingly, it felt SO good! We ended with a small back massage, which was the perfect way to finish. Even better, toward the end of the day and into the next day, I could actually see and feel that I wasn't as bloated as I was when I first arrived. I had such a great experience with Michelle and would absolutely return. If you've been wanting to try a lymphatic massage, I highly recommend LymphGlo. Five stars!
