When I approached the decidedly unfriendly staff and asked my question, I was told they no longer carry tablets, but Rogers might. I'm now wondering what the point of this store is? The service, every time I've been in, has been terrible. I've gone in looking for accessories, and never found what I wanted, I've gone in with problems or questions, and their answer is to call Rogers. Every time I've ventured into this store, the experience has been terrible. I called Rogers later with the question, and they gave me an answer, and told me they can't accept complaints on a local store, as they aren't controlled by Rogers corporate.

We sent them a copy of our bill by email to expedite the process. They never returned our email. Our phone wasn't working!! We eventually called Rogers head office by phone who explained the details to us. When we arrived at the Algonquin store the phone we wanted was not in stock and the woman told us that she knew nothing about the deal the guy gave us on the phone. She was also rude to us and to another customer who came in just after. Needless to say when we went to the Seymour store they were able to help us without problem and called the head office to see what the guy on the phone said to us the day before. They set up our phone and hands-free. We were very happy with the service and will not go back to the Algonquin store even though it is somewhat more convenient. The attitude at the Algonquin store almost made us change to Bell. Now you might understand!!
