If I could give a zero star, I would been a customer since 2000. I recently was disconnected for a payment arrangement. I had 24 hours to pay my data and was cut off in three. I was then given 24 hours to pay the full amount and I was cut off in three. I thought we had 30 days to pay our bill my bill generates from the 16th to the 16th and Bella is calling me on the seventh of every month. TLDR: Customer service here sucks. The employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. Recently, I ventured into this Rogers store with some questions about a future purchase of a new tablet. When I approached the decidedly unfriendly staff and asked my question, I was told they no longer carry tablets, but Rogers might. I'm now wondering what the point of this store is? The service, every time I've been in, has been terrible. I've gone in looking for accessories, and never found what I wanted, I've gone in with problems or questions, and their answer is to call Rogers. Every time I've ventured into this store, the experience has been terrible. I called Rogers later with the question, and they gave me an answer, and told me they can't accept complaints on a local store, as they aren't controlled by Rogers corporate. read more

People can say what they want. But both times I've had to go into the store here in North Bay in the last 6 months for contract issues and for accessories, the associates were very helpful and cool. I noticed some people in there giving a couple of the guys grief for issues created by the customers themselves. If you go in with a reasonable attitude and understand these people are just doing their job- they might be more apt to deal with you like a real human being. Rant over. read more
