I thought we had 30 days to pay our bill my bill generates from the 16th to the 16th and Bella is calling me on the seventh of every month. When I approached the decidedly unfriendly staff and asked my question, I was told they no longer carry tablets, but Rogers might. I'm now wondering what the point of this store is? The service, every time I've been in, has been terrible. I've gone in looking for accessories, and never found what I wanted, I've gone in with problems or questions, and their answer is to call Rogers. Every time I've ventured into this store, the experience has been terrible. I called Rogers later with the question, and they gave me an answer, and told me they can't accept complaints on a local store, as they aren't controlled by Rogers corporate.

I have been to the store a handful of times and each time the general impression I got was a…read morelaidback, too casual setting for a business, I noticed the staff members talk to you like you have no idea what you're talking about; for example one time I had a staff member tell me what an ethernet cable was even though I have a background in computers. I remember another occasion where there was a discussion about tax exploitation from someone who was a duel citizen.. when you walk in it's pretty cluttered and quite dusty even in the product photos you can see an accumulation of dust. Nobody knows any of the prices and when you try an inquire about a certain item they redirect you to more expensive unrelated items, I understand trying to upsell but when its a certain component for a CPU, maybe don't. I don't think I'll be back here maybe unless I want to know how to cheat the tax system with crypto when they openly discuss it.

When our phone stopped working we went to see what Rogers could do. At the Algonquin store, they…read morecould not check our battery or our billing plan. We sent them a copy of our bill by email to expedite the process. They never returned our email. Our phone wasn't working!! We eventually called Rogers head office by phone who explained the details to us. When we arrived at the Algonquin store the phone we wanted was not in stock and the woman told us that she knew nothing about the deal the guy gave us on the phone. She was also rude to us and to another customer who came in just after. Needless to say when we went to the Seymour store they were able to help us without problem and called the head office to see what the guy on the phone said to us the day before. They set up our phone and hands-free. We were very happy with the service and will not go back to the Algonquin store even though it is somewhat more convenient. The attitude at the Algonquin store almost made us change to Bell. Now you might understand!!
