Definitely counting my lucky stars for Laredo because I had some printing to do and legitimately…read morethought I was SOL on it. On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.

I called Jimmy on Saturday morning and he was able to turn around the print job in one day in a miraculous feat of commitment and loyalty to a first-time customer. I highly recommend using Printer's Wholesale Group for your next printing job - Large or Small. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JIMMY and his team!

They'll ask you to make minute adjustments on where you stand, tuck your hair back more, and make sure nothing else is amiss! I wore a white shirt, and because of the white background, it made my head look like it was just floating there with no body lol. I hate to do this, but I've given Gentilly Mail more than adequate time to rectify a bad situation,…read morebut they have chosen to ignore me for 3 MONTHS now. I paid $205.44 for them to ship a $1,500 piece of art that I purchased from Renegade Art. They lost a critical component of the art piece itself and continue to refuse to respond to my contacts. They think that if they ignore the problem and remain silent, it will just go away. Both Rob Schmidt, the owner of the business, as well as Luz Lekrik, the Store Manager have been WELL informed of the problem and made the baffling decision to tarnish their store's reputation rather than fixing a simple problem. I even showed them how simple the solution would be, but they remain silent. Ordinarily, someone in my position would be quick to fire off one of those 1 star angry reviews we all see all the time and roll our eyes, but I will have to give them a little credit. The main piece of art that was received was very well packed, so I'll give them 3 stars for that, but the loss of the critical component, combined with their complete and utter lack of communication when the tiniest bit of trouble showed up earns them the loss of 2 stars.

Vivid ink is a horrible company. I paid my money in full a month and half before for a vehicle wrap…read morethat was told to me once design is approved it takes 4 days for production and 2 days for install. Well it took 2 weeks before I was called in for wrap install which was on a Wednesday was told vehicle will be ready Friday. They called me Friday name was Ray btw and stated the crew have COVID and my vehicle will be ready on Saturday if needed they will hiring a third party installer, I stated I needed my vehicle due to servicing needs by late Saturday he said okay. Now it's Saturday he tells me they been working overnight Friday and still working Saturday as we speak. However, I passed there Friday afternoon around 6pm no one was there I then passed there on Saturday about 6pm again and still no one was there and my vehicle was parked and looking the same as Friday. I stated that to Ray and he then stated they been tired from working in the heat so they needed more time and I asked to come get my vehicle due to my service appointment he never responded. I go to the office Monday morning spoke with the manager Brett he act as if he didn't know what was going on then apologize d and said the third party company was coming to finish my vehicle today by 5pm. I told him I do not want a rush job so if they need time let me know, it's now 3pm Brett call to say they need more time, at that point I knew something wasn't right I had a friend pass there and my vehicle was in the same position as Friday no one never touched it so I stated to him I'm coming to get my vehicle and requested a full refund, he stated that would be great I kind of was thinking the same thing. I get there my vehicle was not in the condition I brought it on Wednesday. He stated the third party guys did that but they wasn't there to fix it so he told someone that doesn't know about that to fix the issue they now had to keep the vehicle another day to fix the repair. No customer service, bad business, I will never do business nor recommend them. It was all lies with them since Friday's call, just horrible.
