I didn't expect to get the boots until after Christmas, I told the manager that I had parties for Christmas and I would like to see if I could get them then. I was amazed I received a call before Christmas that my boots were ready. To my surprise the boots fit like a glove, the size, the heel and insert were dead on. I'm amazed how I was taken care of and how well the boots feel, the next time I want a pair of custom boots, Beck will be the people I go to. Thanks again guys...

But they are consistently TOO small, like they are purposely trying to save leather. I even sent boots back and had them stretched, but it wasn't enough. So, why might I order again? A friend told me to wear two pairs of heavy winter socks when you step on the compression mold and make the measurements. That is how he finds success with Beck's.
