Not a very pleasant experience with the DJ as one of the girls in the party had received passive aggressive interaction with him. Overall id give it a 7/10.

The best quinceañera experience!…read more We had my daughter's quinceañera on June 19, 2026, at Coronel Banquet Hall, and I can honestly say they were literally the best! Planning a quinceañera can be extremely stressful, but they made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Everything is included, and their service from beginning to end was truly exceptional. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. On the day of the quinceañera, they were incredibly attentive. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and was exactly how I had pictured it for my daughter's special day. The bartenders were fast and efficient, even though my family kept them extremely busy! The waiters were very attentive and made sure everyone had their food, and the security staff was also very kind, professional, and aware of everything happening throughout the night. I will be forever grateful to the owner and the entire Coronel Banquet Hall team for helping make my daughter's dream quinceañera come true. It was such a beautiful and unforgettable night, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone. I highly, highly recommend Coronel Banquet Hall to anyone planning a quinceañera or special event. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for making my daughter's special day absolutely perfect!

They can provide EVERYTHING but the flowers for you. From the very first time we met with John we were impressed. John was very honest and professional with us and seemed to take a genuine interest in our planning. I guarantee you that if he tells you how something is going to be, that's how its going to be. You will read other reviews and see some complaints but, if you read your contract and abide by it, you will not have a single complaint. The entire staff was friendly and ready assist with anything they could. The kitchen staff, bar staff, and security staff were 100% on point. By the way, you definitely want their bar staff. The drinks were really good and you really can't beat the value. We got a drink package of 100 drinks for $500 and it was more than worth it. Decorating was a breeze since they set up all your tables with the table cloths in the colors of your choice and he does have plenty of colors for you to chose from. All we had to do was have our centerpieces placed on the tables and we were ready to go. There is a lot to cover and I can really go on and on but I think that the Ballroom and John speak for themselves and, i can tell you that a friend of ours was truly impressed and has booked their wedding reception there for the summer of 2021 based on how our wedding went. The venue…read moreitself was set up exactly as promised, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and hardworking, and the DJ did an excellent job keeping our guests on the dance floor all night. We received many compliments from our guests about the venue and the overall experience. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner was very different. While he fulfilled everything outlined in our contract, his interactions during setup made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Our set up and rehearsal felt uncomfortable after being spoken to sharply, including being reprimanded for leaning on a table. When I politely asked if we could add one additional table (at a cost, if at all possible)), I was also met with a raised voice. It was a simple question. I wasn't demanding or accusatory, but he became extremely defensive. Throughout setup, it felt as though we were being closely monitored rather than supported. To be fair, the venue honored every part of our agreement, and I appreciate that. However, hospitality is about more than fulfilling a contract. On such an important day, I hoped for a little flexibility, warmth, and kindness. Because of that experience, I personally would have a hard time recommending the venue, despite the beautiful facility and wonderful staff.
