This is a Venezuelan food truck. With some delicious authentic food! Keep up with their movement on the Facebook page, Belkis Bistro LLC that is updated often with their new locations. Set your alerts and get there early because the food is so good they sell out fast. The menu has some of the most popular Venezuelan dishes and drinks. Some menu items include arepas, empanadas, cachapacheese, and the delicious chicha and papelon with lemon. You can also get some canned beverages like Maltin. We tried one of everything on the menu and wow! . The food was fresh, the cheese was so gooey and that arepa had such a nice crisp to it! The drinks were also just as great. All the food comes with cream based sauces for you to try. I am more of a spicy sauce lover but this was a nice change. Note you may find the menu changes at each event but I have noticed the popular items like arepas and empanadas stay. The food truck is sleek, and clean! They set up some tables outside for their customers with a small tent when allowed and the service is phenomenal. The care the owners put into the food, truck and community is evident! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. If you don't know what something is, they are more than happy to explain the dishes to you. If you love Venezuelan food give this place a try. read more

Loved the Tequeños! They also let me try the Papelon con limon and Chicha which were both amazing! Overall would HIGHLY recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back. read more
