beware $282 for a cut and dye and a few foils! My hair appointment cost more than going to my…read morespecialist at the hospital! It took 3 hours to do. My hair was cut shorter than I wanted, and the dye came out darker than I wanted, and the highlights were streaky. I gave her plenty of pictures and was very specific about what I wanted. I figured out they take very few hair strands for each foil and every foil is $15 so it adds up in the end. It is just a very light piecy streaky highlights. Very disappointed.

I was out of town, but returned to the shop on July 24th (4 weeks after treatment) and showed Amanda my hair. Treatment had not taken and my hair was frizzy and curly. She assured me that Samantha would refund the fee. When I called and spoke with Samantha on July 30th to ask about the promised credit to my card she said the treatment was only guaranteed for 6 weeks (not what she initially told me) and only 4 weeks had elapsed before I was able to return to shop to show them my hair. I subsequently called Amanda (owner of shop) and she accused me of harassment and said she had no control over what Samantha decided to do because she was an independent contractor. It is too bad the Owner did not stand behind her original statement and has no control over the independent operators that "rent space in her shop".

I walked in and there were no other customers. The place was completely empty except for two…read moreemployees: one behind the front desk, speaking on the phone, and the other doing... not much of anything. Neither greeted me verbally. The person who wasn't doing much just smiled. After the person behind the desk hung up the phone, the two of them proceeded to talk about the call, complaining about that customer's questions. It wasn't until I started walking out that either of them even spoke to me. Now I understand why it has the reputation that it does.

A toddler could have done a better job. I wasn't asked if I liked it or if it was the cut I wanted. She asked if it felt "lighter". Well yeah you cut off all my hair. my husband got a short military style cut and I think he was left with more hair. I've never cried over a hair cut but this is butchered. We've been going for years. Usually even if it's not a great cut I can at least live with it. It's hair it will grow back. But this is beyond bad. This is horrific, I'm shopping for wigs it's so bad. I'm traumatized by this experience. They should not even call themselves a salon. If my husband hadn't paid for both cuts before my cut was finished I wouldn't have paid for this.
