I left several messages and finally got a call 2 weeks later. Now is the second time I am waiting for the doctor (or nurse) to call me back and haven't been able to do this for 4 days. 4 days to get a call back from a doctor or nurse? I've called every single day. The nurse called me back from a unlisted number, left a message and that was it. crickets. And when I call the front desk, although nice, they say "That's odd, we usually respond sooner than that." This is my second such experience, so I don't believe that. I also started coming to this office soon after it opened and do remember the staff problems before... Although they move slowly, I believe the interaction has gotten better by the staff. Waiting times have gotten longer. I spend a lot of time in the waiting room and in the patient room waiting to see the doctor. With the problems I describe unfortunately I haven't been able to find a better option in the area. But as soon as I do, i'm out. O, almost forgot, although they have a nice online portal, messaging doctors on site is futile. Crickets.

When I arrived the receptionist who was writing as I approached her and did not acknowledge me for at least 3 minutes, stated he does not work on this day. I was tricked and she knew it because we had a conversation on the phone as to what time he was arriving. I think if she smiles she will crack her face. Then when I arrived I was escorted into the exam room. Another cold body not even acknowledging me or saying hello. I had a bad cold. She takes my weight and blood pressure. What about taking my temperature? Duh. Takes my BP asked me to take my sweater off. I had to tell her to close the door. Duh again. My file had mt Sinai medial associates. This is a south Nassau office. Duh duh didn't know how to answer my question. Doctor comes in. Doesn't wash his hands. I'm gonna die! I gave it one star because I know how much I weigh and lost 2 pounds.

Everytime I've come in here though, I have had to wait extensively. It doesn't appear to even make sense as you will wait a really long time if the waiting room is full or if it's empty. The staff is pretty nice and efficient though and that's a serious plus for this office. All in all its a decent and small local office.
