As a former medical malpractice attorney (both plaintiff's side and defense) I only trust NYU and BIMC, and I truly know how bad medical care can be and how good it should be. Dr. Cadag is clearly top notch. In terms of efficiency, the very first time I visited Dr. Cadag, he made sure a necessary med was prescribed, filled and waiting for me by the time I left his office and walked to my CVS pharmacy. Efficient, friendly and extremely competent office, nurse and med-tech staff as well, including nurses who actually know how to draw blood quickly and almost painlessly on the first try (deep veined multiple stab wound sufferer giving a thankful perspective here). SIGH of relief.

I had seen two top rated urologists prior to him, and Dr. Nitti was far superior, much more understanding, took the time to listen to me and ultimately helped me get through the months of this infection. I would give him 5 stars, but his office is a huge pain. It took me rounds of emails, phone calls and following up to get test results and paperwork that I needed completed as I was on medical leave at the time. Also, I had appointments where I had to wait over an hour to get in to see the doctor. However, once you get through his office staff, it's totally worth it to see him!

This has been the worst clinic experience I've ever had. At first, everything seemed fine -- I saw…read morea doctor on August 16 and did bloodwork on August 18. They scheduled my sonogram for September 1 and a follow-up with the doctor on September 10. But on August 30 they called to say the clinic would be closed on September 1. They promised to reschedule but never called back. After many failed attempts to reach them, I finally managed to move the sonogram to September 23 and the doctor to September 24. Then, on September 22, they called again to say the clinic would not be open on the 23rd. Later that same day, they called me back with another excuse -- this time claiming that "the doctor was sick." In reality, this was the second time they had scheduled me for a day when the clinic wasn't even open. I rearranged multiple other appointments around their schedule, only to be met with lies, disorganization, and complete disregard for patients. It is nearly impossible to get through to them, and they show zero responsibility. I've now demanded they at least send me my blood test results so I can go to another doctor, since my insurance won't cover duplicate tests. If you value your time, health, and sanity -- stay far away from this clinic.
