On top of that, they practice what they preach and this is easily observable. I had PT with them several years ago, and it was very helpful with regaining my balance due to lumbar spinal stenosis. Since then, the owner sold the business, and it is now a part of Mary Washington Healthcare. I was critically ill and hospitalized with sepsis for ten weeks last year, and I am still recovering. Recently, I lost a great deal of the strength I had recovered since last summer, as well as gross and fine motor skills and overall range of motion. I will be seeing a spine specialist this week, and believe that my current issues stem from cervical spinal stenosis. I began outpatient PT with Premier about three weeks ago, and I can't believe the improvements I've already noticed. The staff consists of only four people, including an excellent new PT, the same terrific PTA/patient director, the same dedicated support assistant, and the same receptionist/office manager. The receptionist is warm, friendly, and amazingly efficient. Everyone is kind, patient, and intuitive regarding patients' needs, goals, and how to achieve them. Ok, so I've only been to one…read morerehabilitation center for my solitary injury, BUT I have worked in several doctors' offices, hospitals, customer service places, etc. I am surrounded by doctors and nurses because my mom was a nurse for a long time. So, all that to say, the customer service, the professionalism, the care given, the expertise shared, and the results make me a firm believer that this place is the diamond in the ruff. Every single staff member in this office shares the same mindset of attending to the patients with the best care and attention to detail, and they all work together so well. I would highly recommend Jason, the PTA there, if you are looking to recover quickly and efficiently. For us women, he's great because he pushes to your limit with the utmost respect and care you don't get from a lot of men. For the guys, I've seen him make his male patients sweat like nothing else, giving them stuff to do that brought tears to the eyes of some of these athletes (and there were a few I noticed, bball players, soccer, track, etc.). He individualizes your routines according to what you want to accomplish and the timeframe you have in mind. So, definitely get him. Another option is Desirae, she's newer, but she'll put you through a work out too!! Everyone is very knowlegable about the right stuff, and they're really invested in their patients that I didn't really see in a lot of other offices. They're both professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. 100% I would recommend asking for them as their schedules vary. I was also seen by Stephanie who was great as is the team that runs the front desk. The one thing that did throw me off is that the location has some large PT tables where sometimes you are laying next to another person. I had not experienced that and it is not something I'm a big fan of. Still, the team at ProFlex is very accommodating and helpful so if you have any preferences, just voice them.
