On our way to an event in Winston, we missed lunch and were both getting a bit hangry, so needing a…read morequick stop but not wanting fast food we decided to pop into Publix for a one of their subs! If you've never been or heard about their subs, they're definitely worth checking out. Made fresh, in front of you using premium ingredients, and made just how you want it, they give sub shops a lot to stand up to. After a quick review of the menu we ordered the Sweet Bo's Chicken Philly. The guy helping us in the deli didn't hold back, didn't skimp on the ingredients and made it perfectly cheesy even toasting it twice until it was exactly as we wanted. After checking out we decided to stop in to their small cafe area to eat quickly as we could see it was juicy and didn't want to make a mess eating it in the car. The sandwich was absolutely delicious with lots of chopped chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms and we switched from American cheese to provolone...it absolutely hit the spot and curbed our hanger. I'd never stoped at this public before, but would again, it was very well kept and clean, and I'd definitely get this sandwich again given the opportunity!

Their other olive selections - greek style, mixed with feta, and lemon based, plus their seasoned mushrooms are also delicious. On weekends, they usually have tastings which makes shopping much more fun. And as a perks member, I do get treats for my birthday, half birthday, and anniversary, as well as decent $2 ff $10 coupons occasionally. Service is always polite and speedy, which I appreciate. Bonus points to this location for having EV charging available. Can be nice to juice up while shopping.

Ahhh I love this Harris teeter location! It's the best of the best for many reasons; well staffed,…read morefriendly staff, great selection of items, clean store, kid friendly carts, fast pickup service, patrons with children parking, veteran parking and excellent deli/bakery. Every time I have visited, the staff are so friendly! From the flower area lady, to the deli man and finally the checkout staff everyone is accommodating and kind. They always speak to my girls when I have them with me and ask me about me day! This location has an excellent selection of items and if items are out of stock for pickup they do a great job with substituting. The flowers here last FOREVER. The lady that is regularly working the flower area treats the flowers with such care and it's evident in their quality. Two of my favorite things are the free cookies for kids are always stocked and my kids love them! Secondly, the patron with child parking is such a plus. I love that they honor our veterans with veteran parking as well. The store is very clean and well laid out. The produce is always top notch with some local selections as well! And as always, wine selection at Harris teeter is always top notch! Fuel points for BP gas and coupons here are a plenty as well so don't be deterred by those that say HT is overpriced!

No management showed up to help direct. And no additional registers were opened. The second being the online I placed, where one of the items was unavailable. I had opted in for text alerts...no alert came for the missing item. No email. No call. No warning. I showed up to the store expecting my items, only to be told "I don't know why everyone is ordering these we've been out for days". Between trash tier management, a subpar at best website, and atrocious customer service....this company has lost my money entirely. I hope to see you go under like Lowes did. I'll be there with fireworks when it happens.

This is an excellent restaurant with very tasteful food containing most of the great Indian dishes…read moreand cooked in the same manner, using the tandoori oven, as used in India. I have eaten at many Indian restaurants around the United States, including many in the LA California area. I can say this one comes close to the Best One where I regularly ate in the LA area ( Chameli, mostly vegetarian, but did have butter chicken, coconut chicken, and Salmon). If you have never had salmon cooked in a "Tandoori Oven" then please do so for a Tandoori oven provides the best of cooked salmon plus how they prepare the salmon before it is placed in the Tandoori oven. Also, they make fine masala chai tea. They offer the meals in mild, medium, and hot. I started going there a year and a half ago when I first moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Sharda, who is from India but has that down south hospitality, ensures all goes well with your dining experience. Also the artwork they decorated the place is amazing. Paul Henry Farris

The green chutney was spicy and I think it was actually jalapeño, which is a different take. Enjoyable if you like spicy, which I do! Store was empty and had a slight sulfuric odor to it. Some of the reasons I like Food Lion in general include: -easy to use app -sales are clearly marked -stores are just the right size (not too big or small) And some of the reasons I like this location in particular include: -produce tends to be fresh -some of their cashiers are really friendly -they've been nice to me when I've shopped in full gremlin mode at weird hours Some of my proudest moments in this store include: 1- the time I forgot my phone and needed to use theirs (they let me), 2- the time I negotiated a $10 discount on some freezer burned crab legs, and 3- the time I got a rain check coupon for a product that I had a freebee coupon for. The main reasons my rating isn't perfect include: 1- in the evenings, they often force you to do self checkout, and 2- cashier quality can be inconsistent. Overall, this is a perfectly good place to shop. Just make sure you download the app and leverage their deals if you choose to go!

I've noticed that the stores in my area are currently being remodeled, and the new layout is much more like Walmart. In a small town like ours, many of us value Food Lion because it isn't like the big-box stores -- it's local, simple to navigate, and easy to shop in. If we wanted a Walmart-style experience, we'd go there. Please consider maintaining the unique, customer-friendly layout that has always made Food Lion a great option for small-town shoppers. Its funny when I called the 800 number I asked the person on the phone, why did they change it she said because "we like it" ..Did you ask the customer
