If you enjoy price gouging and the old "raise the price and mark it down to show a Savings" scam: then bag your own groceries because they don't want to keep the store properly staffed; this is the place for you. But the store is clean and the employees are helpful. :))) read more

The checkout service here is terrible! Keith is the rudest employee I've ever experienced. Give this guy a mental health day. However the butchers are very nice and accommodating. read more

Good selection of products and food. I have never had a problem. A bit pricey but it is in Rancho Murieta so you pay for convenience. No other option unless you drive 30 minutes into Folsom. No complaints. read more

ive been having such a horrible week. genuinely. i came here with my mom and younger sisters just to get some groceries :/ some snacks to make me feel even slightly better. i accidentally forgot my phone in the cart and the cashier just slammed it on the counter. i could only muster up a whispered "thank you" and i just walked away while my mom paid. i felt terrible like a burden just for coming inside. cant even remember her name because i just felt so embarrassed but she was an older lady with glasses and her hair was up thats all i remember because i couldnt even manage to look at her. ive been there, dont wanna go to work especially on bad days-- but the least i can do is be polite to people on those days, show a bit of humanity. im not asking for the best service ever, its a grocery store. we just wanted to go in and go out just like anyone else, not asking for a full conversation or big smiles. just a bit of courtesy is enough and i felt unwanted there. you never know what someones going through, please consider this :( read more

I feel like I have reviewed this Bel Air before, but I have to trust the technology like SkyNet in a Terminator movie. So here goes. The store is always very clean and pleasing to the eye aesthetically. The e fruit is beautiful, fresh, and abundant. The produce is green and aromatic. The meats are packaged with care and picturesque. This location is the only one I have ever found with a wine bar! I saw they have tastings on Thursday evenings, which I assume is a local favorite. The staff was very young. It looked like mostly college kids working to make it, but they were supported by more seasoned staff. Despite their youthfulness, they were friendly or courteous, as well as moving quickly to get your items bagged up and ready to go. The only reason for no 5th star is that I was not wowed. To get that elusive star, I have to experience something so far above expectation I run to give a 5-star review. Nonetheless, this is a top-notch store if you happen to be all the way out in what seems like the edge of nowhere. read more

Christy is a wonderful manager she helped me when I accidentally overcharged myself on the self checkout . Also when my deli plate fell on accident, she ran over to the deli and helped me get another one. I feel like that she went above And Beyond and I'm very thankful for her Help. This store is always clean and everyone has been friendly. read more

Look the size is an issue to begin with they constantly don't carry the same stuff as their Folsom Neighbors but the prices that's the biggest downside. I'd much rather travel 25 minutes to Folsom where I can save a good portion of my money because their prices especially on ground turkey breast meat it's like one to two dollars difference every week and that's just uncalled for they should match the prices of the Folsom Raley's. They're supposed to be one brand. But the price is just I don't shop in town simply for that reason unless I'm desperate. The money I spend in gas like three or four bucks is nothing compared to what I spend at the store buying the same items and like I said they don't even carry half of what the Folsom store has. read more

Store is great. Employees are fantastic. Service everywhere is first-rate. Quality of food is excellent and I've never had any issue with spoilage. Convenient to the community of Rancho Murieta. It is appreciated to have this store here. The prices will make your eyes POP OUT! I simply don't shop here for most of my food. It's a shame. I know - everything has gone up - this store has ALWAYS been expensive - just like the gas station in front of it - it's about convenience and literally nothing for twenty minutes. Honestly, most items cost two to three dollars more than most stores. I've gone in there and spent 400-500 dollars! You simply can't get out of here for less than 80-100 dollars. I don't know how anyone on a greatly reduced budget could even consider shopping here. I've even heard the cashiers say - "well I don't shop here, I shop at Winco." Here's some advice to the store: Your OWN employees can't afford to shop there - that is a PROBLEM. read more

Ok, so my wife and kids go here like EVERYDAY. You're welcome :). I wanted to leave a review for the sandwich guy today. He was awesome, efficient and makes a damn good sando! Went in during lunch and they seemed to have their hands full. The line moved pretty quick in my opinion and again he did an amazing job! But then again, he was just doing his job. And an awesome job he did!! Yes, I was the dad with those 3 crazy kids. Thanks for not being annoyed with me/us. The California Turkey on that French roll was amazing. I freaking love sandwiches btw. And my wife loved the tuna! Ps...that is a HUGE sandwich. Love this Bel Air! My wife tells me there are so many staff that has been so kind to her and the kids. So THANK YOU for that! I'll be back to try some other sandwiches! Again, thanks a billion! read more

I have been shopping here from the day they opened. I live in Jackson and stop here on the way home. I stopped in today and as I came up to the register. I said hi to the clerk. Older lady with glasses. No reply and just started ringing me up. I ran my credit and she was moving slow bagging my groceries. I didn't have much just two bags. I moved to get my cart and help with the bags. She said not to leave until she was done with her process. I told her I was helping her with the bags. She never another word. You lost my business Bel air. Will never step foot in this store again. read more

The associates all the way to the manager are horrible at this stroller. They are rude and act like they are entitled. Never helpful and the rules pn coupons depends on who you get! Seriously! How can you not experience less than five stars at Bel Air in Rancho Murieta. Unless...however, you're just complaining or it was a one-off situation. After all, we all know things happen. That's life. I asked for a product that they normally carry that was out of stock on the shelf and the gal at the check out said she didn't have time anyone to check on it. Only one check stand was open and the gal next to her was folding plastic bags. The first gal had her air pods in her ear and could of easily called the back. I went by the back of the store, casually popped my head in and they responded promptly. The discount items are BS the way it works (or doesn't). You see an attractive sale price but you don't get it even if you have the membership app because you haven't downloaded another app on your phone. Of course they don't tell you this, you only know if you check your receipt. I'll avoid them and just go to Safeway before leaving Folsom. read more

Hey Alex L, you may think we're slow to become a town but that's the way most of us like it. We moved out here because it wasn't a town, yet we're 20 mins to Folsom on a beautiful back road. We've always had a market here, sort of a big Mom and Pop which did a very good job of keeping people happy. Now thanks to Raley's Bel Air we have a larger selection of everything. The new store really adds to our community and I'm sure more people will be moving to our "little town" to enjoy all Rancho Murieta has to offer. read more

I wasn't too familiar with Bel Air until I happened to pop in for some goods while in a trip back to Sac. This store is clean, well organized and fully stocked. It's part of Rancho Murieta's slow development into an actual town. There's plenty of friendly faces inside. I was most impressed by the vast produce selection. I came for a snack and an energy drink, which they of course had as well. It's natural to want to compare them to the stores I frequent like Raley's and Safeway. I can't say there are any standout benefits, but I will say they have the luxury of being the new kid on the block, so they haven't been overrun with customers yet. The whole surrounding area is under construction but there was still plenty of parking. They also seem to be doing a good job sticking to COVID regulations. read more

We love this Bel Air that is right here in RAncho Murieta and easy access to anyone passing by on route 16. The workers are so helpful and very friendly- more like a local grocery rather than a big box store. People love the butchers where they get their fresh meat and fish. I love the produce section where I can pick up fresh fruits and veggies. I watch for their great sales and stock up on canned goods and other groceries when on sale. A very clean and bright grocery store. read more

Because of COVID I usually just use the E-Cart grocery order system where I can shop online. They have special parking spots for people who use the E-Cart grocery system which is super convenient, I just open my trunk and a staff member, who is always friendly, comes out with my groceries loads them in my trunk and that's pretty much it. Really easy and convenient system to use. read more

It's very convenient to have a grocery store in Rancho Murieta, California. The vast majority of the employees are outstanding. I'm welcomed with smiles and a friendly attitude. The majority of the food is overpriced and the selection isn't up to par. It's fine for picking up quick food but found that I'm spending too much for groceries if I shop there regularly. I do understand the point of supply and demand, but wish it was a bit more affordable, especially for people with children and less means. read more
