Look the size is an issue to begin with they constantly don't carry the same stuff as their Folsom Neighbors but the prices that's the biggest downside. I'd much rather travel 25 minutes to Folsom where I can save a good portion of my money because their prices especially on ground turkey breast meat it's like one to two dollars difference every week and that's just uncalled for they should match the prices of the Folsom Raley's. They're supposed to be one brand. But the price is just I don't shop in town simply for that reason unless I'm desperate. The money I spend in gas like three or four bucks is nothing compared to what I spend at the store buying the same items and like I said they don't even carry half of what the Folsom store has. read more

Store is great. Employees are fantastic. Service everywhere is first-rate. Quality of food is excellent and I've never had any issue with spoilage. Convenient to the community of Rancho Murieta. It is appreciated to have this store here. The prices will make your eyes POP OUT! I simply don't shop here for most of my food. It's a shame. I know - everything has gone up - this store has ALWAYS been expensive - just like the gas station in front of it - it's about convenience and literally nothing for twenty minutes. Honestly, most items cost two to three dollars more than most stores. I've gone in there and spent 400-500 dollars! You simply can't get out of here for less than 80-100 dollars. I don't know how anyone on a greatly reduced budget could even consider shopping here. I've even heard the cashiers say - "well I don't shop here, I shop at Winco." Here's some advice to the store: Your OWN employees can't afford to shop there - that is a PROBLEM. read more

I have been shopping here from the day they opened. I live in Jackson and stop here on the way home. I stopped in today and as I came up to the register. I said hi to the clerk. Older lady with glasses. No reply and just started ringing me up. I ran my credit and she was moving slow bagging my groceries. I didn't have much just two bags. I moved to get my cart and help with the bags. She said not to leave until she was done with her process. I told her I was helping her with the bags. She never another word. Ok, so my wife and kids go here like EVERYDAY. You're welcome :). I wanted to leave a review for the sandwich guy today. He was awesome, efficient and makes a damn good sando! Went in during lunch and they seemed to have their hands full. The line moved pretty quick in my opinion and again he did an amazing job! But then again, he was just doing his job. And an awesome job he did!! Yes, I was the dad with those 3 crazy kids. Thanks for not being annoyed with me/us. The California Turkey on that French roll was amazing. I freaking love sandwiches btw. And my wife loved the tuna! Ps...that is a HUGE sandwich. Love this Bel Air! My wife tells me there are so many staff that has been so kind to her and the kids. So THANK YOU for that! The associates all the way to the manager are horrible at this stroller. They are rude and act like they are entitled. Never helpful and the rules pn coupons depends on who you get! Literally hate this store. Will drive to Folsom or Rancho Cardova to avoid going in there. They send surveys about your experience, but NEVER respond!! read more

I asked for a product that they normally carry that was out of stock on the shelf and the gal at the check out said she didn't have time anyone to check on it. Only one check stand was open and the gal next to her was folding plastic bags. The first gal had her air pods in her ear and could of easily called the back. I went by the back of the store, casually popped my head in and they responded promptly. The discount items are BS the way it works (or doesn't). You see an attractive sale price but you don't get it even if you have the membership app because you haven't downloaded another app on your phone. Of course they don't tell you this, you only know if you check your receipt. I'll avoid them and just go to Safeway before leaving Folsom. read more

Hey Alex L, you may think we're slow to become a town but that's the way most of us like it. We moved out here because it wasn't a town, yet we're 20 mins to Folsom on a beautiful back road. We've always had a market here, sort of a big Mom and Pop which did a very good job of keeping people happy. Now thanks to Raley's Bel Air we have a larger selection of everything. The new store really adds to our community and I'm sure more people will be moving to our "little town" to enjoy all Rancho Murieta has to offer. read more

I wasn't too familiar with Bel Air until I happened to pop in for some goods while in a trip back to Sac. This store is clean, well organized and fully stocked. It's part of Rancho Murieta's slow development into an actual town. There's plenty of friendly faces inside. I was most impressed by the vast produce selection. I came for a snack and an energy drink, which they of course had as well. It's natural to want to compare them to the stores I frequent like Raley's and Safeway. I can't say there are any standout benefits, but I will say they have the luxury of being the new kid on the block, so they haven't been overrun with customers yet. The whole surrounding area is under construction but there was still plenty of parking. They also seem to be doing a good job sticking to COVID regulations. read more

We love this Bel Air that is right here in RAncho Murieta and easy access to anyone passing by on route 16. The workers are so helpful and very friendly- more like a local grocery rather than a big box store. People love the butchers where they get their fresh meat and fish. I love the produce section where I can pick up fresh fruits and veggies. I watch for their great sales and stock up on canned goods and other groceries when on sale. I live in Rancho Murieta and shop at the Bel Air from the day it has open. The customer service in the deli and the coffee area is terrible. I have made many complaints the Manger, but the poor customer service continues the deli and coffee shop. I no longer will shop at this store. read more

Because of COVID I usually just use the E-Cart grocery order system where I can shop online. They have special parking spots for people who use the E-Cart grocery system which is super convenient, I just open my trunk and a staff member, who is always friendly, comes out with my groceries loads them in my trunk and that's pretty much it. Really easy and convenient system to use. read more

It's very convenient to have a grocery store in Rancho Murieta, California. The vast majority of the employees are outstanding. I'm welcomed with smiles and a friendly attitude. The majority of the food is overpriced and the selection isn't up to par. It's fine for picking up quick food but found that I'm spending too much for groceries if I shop there regularly. I do understand the point of supply and demand, but wish it was a bit more affordable, especially for people with children and less means. read more

i absolutely love bel air. but i came in about 6:30 to get a coffee for my sister as the cafe doesn't close till 7 i asked if they were still making coffee one worker asked another & that other work she said to me well i just cleaned the machine EXTREMELY rudely. i get it as i work in a restaurant after cleaning things than having to reclean it can be annoying but that's also your job to do so, i just feel she could've been a lot nicer about it & i would've completely understood & not been writing this review. read more
