Our butcher is well versed in all cuts of beef and pork, as well as lamb, goat and wild game (deer, elk, moose, bear). As a custom butcher shop, we receive the animal carcass from the slaughterhouse and develop a cut list, then slice and package the meat to customer's specifications. We are a cut above in everything we do: from aging all of our beef to smoking meats only using all-natural hickory chips to flavoring our smokies and jerky with non-MSG spices. We let the beef age for 12 to 16 days to let the muscle enzymes break down. This extra step makes the meat more tender. We also smoke meats for customers in our butcher shop. Using all-natural hickory chips, we can smoke anything, including turkey, ham and bacon. Plus, we make smokies and jerkies with seven different flavors ranging from Honey to Hawaiian Barbecue. We also offer deer processing for those who hunt and want to drop off the deer so we can skin, debone and process the meat all in-house. And we take special care to make sure you get own meat back. We are proud to be part of the community for so many decades and look forward to more product offerings this year.
