Even though I didn't end up buying anything this time, they were still kind and personable. It was busy for a Friday, with full parking lots at each venue on the complex and several large group tour busses. While there may be bigger markets in Amish country, this one is located on the grounds of the most beautiful complexes in Sugarcreek.

It's a couple blocks from the "main" strip of shops and the cuckoo clock, but they do have a paved parking lot if you wanted to drive over. I thought they had a great selection and tons of free samples spread throughout the store. They were extremely busy, but the aisles are spaced as best as possible to still allow flow of people. It looked like several people were getting their groceries for the week and loading up their carts. I was tempted by some fun drinks at the drink fridge up front and some tasty flavors of fudge on the table near the registers. My brother is a fan of their jams!

When you walk in, the cafe has a small seating area to the right. The deli counter is right in front of you and the grocery section is to the left. The space is smaller than a lot of the other markets in the area, but it had all the staples (and then some - they even had a little section with toys). The deli had a selection of local meats and cheeses, there were many dry good, mixes (for things like muffins and soups), plenty of jams and jellies. The space is clean and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for a smaller place to do some shopping that isn't as chaotic as some of the larger markets, this is a great place.
