I would really like to not give any stars at all & it is unfortunate that I have to write this review. We met David in October through a friend who was having custom cabinets built by him. David later came to our house, heard our ideas & gave his recommendations. So the process started & things were going great at first. We would get updated pictures, we selected our cabinet color & he worked with the guy who was installing our granite. During the process of our cabinets getting built, he mentioned he could build a custom entertainment center & would have everything completed including the cabinets before the holidays. I stressed that we were having family come in & that this would be somewhat of a reveal of our new house. Right before Thanksgiving our cabinets were delivered & installed as well as as unfinished entertainment center. At this time we paid in full over $7,000. David said he would have the entertainment center completed by the following week. He mentioned he was having trouble with fitting the doors. This is when things started going downhill. Weeks passed & we still hadn't received our doors for our entertainment center. Christmas came & went & David wouldn't answer or return our calls or texts. Weeks turned into months & finally April 3rd David's employees (NOT DAVID) showed up to install the doors. The only communication we received from David that day was a rude text message that I needed to back away from his employees & let them do their job but yet his employees were holding friendly conversations with me while they were here. It was very cowardly that he didn't show up to compete the job himself & then when I finally hear from him..it's a rude text message I receive. The cabinet doors ended up not being flush with the entertainment center & they needed adjustments. I informed David of this & also mentioned to him that we still needed molding done to the vent hood. His response was that he didn't build our cabinet that the vent hood was placed in! We were outraged! Later he said he did build the cabinet & that he would see what he could do. Again...no response as weeks have gone by about our doors. We ended up contacting his wife to see if she could figure out the situation but given the fact this guy has been a real A-hole I doubt anything she told him made a difference. They both have now blocked our phone numbers & have not tried even once to contact us. We tried numerous times to contact them to have everything finished so we could finally get passed all the mess. It is absolutely ridiculous that after 7 long months we are still here with unfinished projects! We are not the type of people to bash anyone but this was by far the worst service we have ever received! This has taught us to not pay ahead of time--wait until the job is complete or else snakes like David will run with your money & never answer another call. The communication with this guy has been poor & his employees shouldn't be doing the talking for him. I would never refer anyone to David! Save your hard earned money for a real business man! David did our cabinets in March/April of 2020. things started out well and got progressively worse. timelines mean nothing to David i worked midnights so i set the install up on my days off thurs-fri-sat so i could coordinate the tear down and install. it rained on Thursday no install, Friday no show when i talk to him he said he'd try on Saturday. when i called he said he was going to the lake see you Monday. so instead of tearing down the kitchen and bathroom and leaving no water i waited till he decided to show up. we also discussed tearing out the closet and installing the oven in the closet. i told him that i would tear it down as far as the shelves and trim for the final fit he would. when he showed up he went ballistic im an installer i dont do tear down. there was an attitude from there on. during the install he marked for his helper to install the handles. my wife saw they were crooked and mentioned it to the kid, David come unglued that his help was talking to us when i told him what was going on he said hed fix it later. we did have to modify the cabinet layout due to a wall not coming out. we wanted to move the wine rack from wall hanging to below the counter top. there was plenty of notice given before construction. Toward the end he tried to charge me $600.00 more for the wine rack "it was a little more work then i thought" he also talked up spice racks in the island. didnt realize that would be another $200. to make a long story longer most of the handles were installed crooked and had to be redone (you would think a master cabinet maker could measure for handles) we did not get the wine nor pay extra for the spice rack. bottom line go to home depot you would pay 1/2 what we paid and get straight handles and some recourse. we finally paid him to get rid of him and be done with the whole mess read more

We had a wonderful experience with Beinc Custom Cabinets. David Burnsed designed and built custom cabinets for a kitchen and two bathrooms in our Bastrop home. David's design skills and organizational talent resulted in a flawless project. The quality and craftsmanship of the cabinets was outstanding and installation was flawless. It was basically a turn-key with David and his team building the cabinets and installing them along with stone countertops, sinks, toe-kicks and trim. On the subject of trim, David fabricated trim material to hide our not-so-straight walls and ceilings. You cannot see evidence of a single wall or ceiling being out of plumb. Additional design elements included a very clever way to eliminate dead space in corner base cabinets and tilt-out storage compartments at the sinks. These were completely unexpected and included at no additional cost. David also came through with specific color requirements for the cabinets which were different for each room. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Timelines were identified and everything was delivered on time as promised.....without exception. Cost was very competitive, particularly considering the use of quality hardwood, stone countertops, soft-close drawers, soft-close doors, and the extras we spoke of earlier. We shopped around before landing on Beinc Custom Cabinets. Prices were better than any other vendor we considered, and in some cases much less than their competition. But price was not the only reason for selecting Beinc Custom Cabinets. We had the opportunity to tour his manufacturing facility and saw, first hand, the quality built into their product. In many cases, there was no comparison between Beinc Custom Cabinets and their competition. Two years later we sold our Bastrop home at a much better price than anticipated, due in no small part to David's quality product and excellent installation. Shortly after relocating to our new home in Kyle, we decided to remodel our kitchen. It should be no surprise to know that we went with Beinc Custom Cabinets again. And once again, absolutely no regrets. Excellent product was delivered and installed on time and on budget. I highly recommend Beinc Custom Cabinets. David and Karen Burnsed are delightful to work with, and their desire to please is evident in the way they conduct business. Plus, he didn't blink when I told him I wanted 4 different cabinet colors. Gave us exactly what we wanted and then some for a very fair price. Really nice, positive guy to work with. Never tries to explain away a problem or convince you that you don't need it. Just says "I can fix that," "I'll figure something out" or "I can do that easy." A prime example of people starting a business without knowing anything about it. The owner David has little to no background it cabinet building. Although he talks a good game his cabinet building leaves a lot to be desired. Premium prices for amateur work states it best. Expect cabinets that will need to be rebuilt after they are delivered because proper measurements were not taken in the first place. Very bad communication with customers and poor planning with job layout. Take my advice and call a different cabinet guy! It will save you a lot of trouble. read more
