Unfortunately, they were out of my favorite green grape soju, but that plum flavor was a fantastic concession. Might have to get that more often. I ordered the seafood pancake to start and the LA Galbi for my main. The Galbi came out first so I asked the server to cancel the seafood pancake. The galbi was delicious! Well marinated, cooked to perfection, and piping hot when it reached my table. There was a pretty wide variety of banchan as well: Cucumber kimchi, sesame broccoli, mashed potato salad, radish kimchi, bean sprouts, and tofu in chili oil. My dish also came with miso soup which was also really good, especially on such a cold evening. The only thing that really didn't go well with this visit was the service. I appreciate my server's enthusiasm, but it was just a bit much. She literally popped up at my table every 5 minutes, and it seemed like she always showed up just after I put a bite of food in my mouth. Also, it's Korean BBQ... I've got a full carafe of water on the table, half a bottle of soju, and I'm working on this plate of food... What could I possibly need? Especially after the 5th or 6th visit to my table. A few check-ins are fine but this was just excessive. I also didn't like how one of her colleagues practically hovered over my table after giving me the bill. I barely got to close the bill fold after putting my credit card in it before he popped up out of nowhere to process my payment. Relax guys... I'm not going to walk out on the check. And I'm definitely not going to leave without my credit card. Chill out. Overzealous service notwithstanding, this place is still worth visiting. There's also a bubble tea and mochi donut place in the lobby so if you just want something sweet, they've got you covered. If you like Korean BBQ, and you happen to be passing through, definitely recommend stopping by this place... Just don't expect to be able to enjoy your meal in peace.

The manager i had to speak to was very professional and apologetic for the issue we had. She offered to move us, give us a free dessert, she was trying to rectify a situation the hostess had caused. She did offer a discount on the bill which was appreciated but honestly I only voiced my complaint so hopefully it doesnt happen again. Now to the issue and the negative - the hostess sat us (me and my husband) at a table. No one around us then immediately put 3 tables together and we overheard they were sitting 15 people there. None of those 15 had inside voices and were extremely loud the entire time. We finally had to box our food up and leave. We had asked to be moved but honestly itd gotten to the point we were just annoyed that grown adults would be so loud and disrespectful in a nice restaurant. If your goal is to be drunk and loud go to bdubs or I dunno stay home so you dont ruin other people's dinner out. Overall we enjoyed the food and the staff aside from the hostess were great. We wont let this stop us from visiting again and will definitely speak up faster next time if put in a situation like that.

We were planning the event from four hours away, and Lindsey and Jessica made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. They were always quick to respond to emails, answered every question thoroughly, and even sent photos of the room and table dimensions so I could plan decorations and linens from afar. Their communication and attention to detail were truly exceptional. The dinner itself was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and offered a great selection within the package we chose. We were especially impressed with how smoothly the staff handled a large group with many different steak temperatures and meal requests -- everything came out efficiently and perfectly cooked. When we were running short on time, Lindsey and Jessica even jumped in to help set up the room for us, which meant so much to our family. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the evening feel seamless and special. If you are considering The Neighbor's Place for a private event or celebration, I highly recommend them. They helped create such a memorable night for our family, and we are incredibly grateful.

Finally we realized we were not going to be helped so we ordered from the kiosk. So then we stood by the bakery waiting, assuming that she would then grab our 2 bakery items and coffee and off we would go. No, she told us we had to wait in the area where you pick food up when you are dining in. We waited 10 minutes when she literally could have just turned around and grabbed our items. We finally got our rolls and they were horrible. The coffee was burnt. I am a picky coffee person but my husband drinks gas station coffee....he couldn't drink it. My chocolate croissant was hard a rock. My husbands cinnamon roll was like a gas station pastry. We will not be going back.

Using this app is a huge part of the problem and staffing is the biggest issue. This Panera restaurant is notorious for extremely long wait times and orders being incorrect. It is VERY frustrating. HIRE MORE STAFF AND TRAIN THEM TO BE VIGILANT WHEN PREPARING ORDERS. Poor work habits of the staff is a problem. This is not rocket science. Stop hiring staff that have a poor work ethic.

Well, looking at all the reviews provided we decided to try out Benjamin's. We really wanted a…read moresteak, but recent rating on another steakhouse recommended caused us to look elsewhere--so we picked Benjamins. It was a pleasant experience, rustic look, casual--we had only been there one time before We had a shrimp appetizer, it was fantastic, huge shrimp, recommend asking for extra O'Bay spices if you order this. Then, we had a surf and turf with baked potato, steak was excellent (tender, good flavor), crab cake was acceptable but could have been better (estimate 6.5 out of 10). I ordered a seafood trio with salmon, crab cake, and crab legs. Crab Legs came with one cluster of snow crabs (they were not warm by the time I got to them and had been dried out (maybe overcooked?) and I would score them about a 4.5 on a score of 1-10). The amazing part of the meal was the Brussel Sprouts (wow, so tasty). salmon was ok, small portion, and cole slow was good. So it may sound as if I am critical of some of the food, but overall I say it was a great experience. Service was great, The thing I noticed about the clientele and ambiance is there were many people that come here regularly on Friday evenings--many of the people seemed to know each other and they were enjoying the evening--again great place!
