We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team. We're currently having Siefken replace the windows in our home. This is our first time using them outside of roofing, and their team has been great to work with once again. I can't sing their praises enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Omaha area.

It's a unique shape that was designed by our landscaper (Hugh Morton with Sun Valley). Our landscaper actually chose him as the sub for the project, but I can see why he was adamant he was who we worked with, and I am so grateful. The patio is stunning and exceeded all of our expectations (see photos). We get compliments on it constantly. The crew worked fast and on schedule. Damien did such a beautiful job with the texture stamp. He even made the expansion joints have a nice pattern and sort of a rugged texture because I wanted it to look as organic as possible. The quality and skill is top notch. On top of that, he has also been responsive since the project ended -- I reached out to him about other concrete work we had done by another company (which I regret going with), and he kindly provided some advice and guidance, which he absolutely didn't need to do. And we just had our roof replaced due to storm damage and the roofer accidentally dropped a hammer on the patio and damaged an area of it. I reached out to Damien to get some advice for repairing it, and he replied quickly and offered to fix it himself. You don't find contractors with such skill, professionalism, and integrity these days. We have worked with SO many contractors over the past 6 months as our home underwent major renovations, and Damien is top of the list in terms of the best of whom we have worked with. I cannot be more proud of how the owner and employees of this company performed. With job safety a priority and attention to detail, the project was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction. Arrendondo employees were courteous and professional. Over the course of the three day project, they never left the day without thoroughly clean up of the site.
