We settled on this practice because of location (it's next to the grocery store) and recommendations. In conversation during our first visits we discovered several commonalities in earlier life. One person's spouse went to the some high school we did; another person went to the same university I did; and a few other things. The service is very good. I had to have some work done on an upper molar - this was the first time in my memory where there was almost no pain associated with getting the anesthetic injection. Wonderful. My extraction was quick, 15 minutes max, and I had absolutely no pain or issues whatsoever afterwards. He even called me that evening to see if I had any issues or questions. I had a previous extraction and a horrible experience with another provider and his staff. I can honestly say that if I needed to have another tooth pulled, that I wouldn't hesitate to return to his office for his expertise and great care. I've been going to another area dentist office in Frederick, and I wasn't particularly happy with the quality of care and service that I'd once received when I initially started going there. So, coming to this office was such a refreshing experience. First and foremost, it started with me setting up my appointment. The gentleman whom assisted me, I believe his name was, John, and he was so incredibly friendly. I think he was overwhelmingly one of the reasons why I had the best vibes about switching from my previous dentist office to this one. Once I arrived, I knew that I'd made the right choice. May I begin by saying that I loved how neat and clean the office was presented, and it smelled delightful! The front desk receptionist, Lincoln, checked me in and she was super nice and welcoming.
