When it was brought to their attention, they not only didn't apologize, but refused to order my prescriptions to cover me until my next appointment. Having a lapse in treatment for the type of medication I'm on has very high risk for depression, suicidal ideation and suicide. When I expressed this to the office manager she pretty much just said tough shit. All they clearly care about is making money and they do not at all prioritize patient care or health. I'd avoid this group of criminals at all costs. They honestly belong behind bars.

Kayla the speech therapist was very honest and said she really didn't need therapy and met the milestones. I left feeling relieved and that we had an action plan.

So I'm at the age (50 shhhh) where unfortunately doctor appointments become a part of life. Being…read moreactive, thankfully, those appointments have been only sports injury related such as a tennis elbow from some weight lifting mishap. Thus I found my way to OrthoNow. I picked the Doral location because it's close to work. Having recently started at a new position and being in my probationary period, I had to deal with a super basic insurance before my employer's policy kicks in. Karla, the office manager, was really helpful in calling and dealing with the company thus saving me that "headache". After previous home & alternative remedies weren't working, I called this office. It's located in a Doral office building and next to another orthopedic practice. From what I understand, the other office is OrthoNow's "home base" where I would go if my condition doesn't ger better. It's also where OrthoNow does their imaging. When I visited, Melissa who does double duty as an xray tech & medical assistant, took my vitals and took me downstairs for xrays. After the x-rays, I was checked out by William the nurse practitioner, who reviewed and said that basically I have tennis elbow, so I have to take it easy for at least a little bit on the weights.

Tired of waiting hours to see a doctor for an Annual Check up? The Good news is that the wait is…read morepotentially over... This facility is extremely clean, modern and the staff is very nice and super professional. This is the second year my husband and I have gotten our annual check ups here. It took us both exactly 60 minutes (with our blood withdrawn in-house) from the moment we arrived to the moment we walked out to the car. My favorite part is that if everything is OK they call you and tell you over the phone instead of wasting your time and making you make another appointment to simply get your blood work results. This facility is really nice too. Sounds too good to be true? OK, the only downfall may be you will have to park in metered parking in the near by garage. Other than that it should be fairly simple which is honestly how it should be. This is probably one of the best health clinics right now. Dr. Contiguglia is great and so were all the nurses and staff. Stay Healthy!

Every time I call it takes minimum of 20 minutes for anyone to answer the phone, and that's the front desk. If you need to talk to any other department forget. You will not get a response and they will not call you back either. It's hard to get answers. It's very frustrating.

If not I would have never scheduled it. I would have found a different surgery sight like Baptist Health. Again terrible on billing I should have never payed and walked out. They couldn't even agree with their error they kept saying it was documented that the person left me that information. If they would have left me with that information I would have never scheduled. Who in their right mind would pay for that and that's with me having insurance. Nurses were great with my daughter and so was the staff. She received great quality of care. But I would have never scheduled if they would have told me the cost from the begging not the day off surgery during registration. Next time actually confirm that the parents know the cost every phone call. I should have gone to Baptist outpatient surgery center. Very disappointed out of all places this is a children's center and their billing section can't give the family a call about the cost. Also you had the wrong number on file so who have they been sending my daughter information to. I would have been penalized if I left the center without getting the surgery but again not my fault since you had the wrong number on file.
