The therapy is one on one, which is excellent because it allows the therapists to provide great quality of care. From the authorization process till the last step: lack of coordination, rude and unprofessional staff, therapists were only available limited amount of time and constantly switching. Therapist they sent to school would show up late and leave early without any coordination. During Covid 19 they refused to work as well and weeks later they found a person who appeared to be a BCBA( highest level) but suffered from anxiety attack, had zero field experience and threw a tantrum in public. As a result my son lost months of therapy! The damage this company produced outweighed any benefits. I strongly feel they should close the practice and focus on actually helping people some other way to make up for all the bad energy.

After contacting several other therapists, Matthew was able to find me a same-day appointment. From the first phone call, I knew he was the one. He was so easy to talk to. When I arrived at the appointment, I was expecting to cry my eyes out, but he created such a comforting atmosphere with his sense of humor that I made it through the entire session without shedding a tear.
