They did reimburse me for the cost of the second lei as well as the tip I had left. I'm super frustrated because they had my number and at no time did they call me and say there was a problem. That would've given me more time to find another florist that could MAYBE get something together. Trying to find a florist that can pull off a lei ON THE DAY is near impossible and in a short time frame. This is the first time I've done business with The Flower Cottage, and the last. The ball was really dropped on this one.
