They have not responded until I went to Yelp and requested a quote under a fictitious name. The cracking in the back patio creates uneven surface which is especially visible during the winter. They addressed it last year when they were doing our front steps by saying resealing the patio will make it look really nice. The patio only got worse. When they were pouring the back patio, they had to stop. Next day they came in with the jackhammers to take out half patio. I asked what was going on and it was explained that the concrete had too many rocks. Why would you only remove half the patio? The side of the patio that was pored with the new concrete has had no issues.
