His family has owned a number of restaurants and he decided he wanted to try his hand at a Food Truck. They have a very limited menu to begin with testing the interest of the customers. They're smoking with hickory and apple wood. I ordered The Squealer. A pulled pork sandwich with onions and Smokin Sweet sauce. It came with chips and a drink. The pork was a bit dry BUT had a ton of flavor to it. I will definitely return when they get a full menu going.
