They have nutritious, low calorie and low sugar shakes/smoothies - which is rare. Most smoothie places are super high in sugar, calories and carbohydrates. They use Herbalife products for their smoothies and teas. They have a 4 step process you could do that includes a shot of aloe vera, tea, optional add in, and a smoothie. You don't have to do the whole process, you could just order a tea and/or smoothie. I can't remember exact prices, but I remember thinking it was inexpensive and a great deal for the nutritional drinks you get! I ordered only a smoothie, but next time I will have to try out all of the steps. I ordered the chocolate Elvis which was chocolate, peanut butter and banana - YUM! My daughters both had the chocolate smoothie and loved it. My mom was with me as well and had the vanilla and liked it too! I also love the words of encouragement/sayings they write on the cups. The women working were awesome and gave great customer service. I'm definitely a fan and will return!

Awesome little restaurant right at the Bentonville, Arkansas Airport in the Legends Air Terminal!…read more The restaurant is named after famous female aviator Louise Thaden, which is a pretty cool piece of local aviation history. We were in a bit of a hurry since we needed to get back to Austin, so we grabbed seats at the bar and ordered there. Service was great and everything moved along quickly. I ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs, while my buddy went for the famous "$200 Burger!" My avocado toast was good--not the best I've ever had, but definitely solid. The avocado was fresh, the pickled onions were spot-on, and the scrambled eggs were pretty good. I would have preferred the eggs to be a little fluffier, though. The biggest downside was the bread. It was a bit tough and difficult to cut and bite through. My buddy said the burger was great--juicy and exactly what he was looking for. The views are definitely one of the highlights here. The restaurant looks out over the runway, taxiways, and terminal entrance, so you get a pretty cool aviation backdrop while you eat. And the sign as you walk into the terminal from the tarmac reads "Gateway to the Ozarks!" Pretty darn cool. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. We were on the assembly line today and will not be back. The brewery or Meld, nearby, is 100% better hands down. Plus the service is always on point

They have some patio seating as well! I got a Blue Sky smoothie and my husband got a sandwich with turkey. The smoothie was a good size and affordable price. It had some unique flavors and I really liked it! My husband's sandwich was large and filled with tons of meat which he loved. They had a lot of variations of chicken salad, he wished they had some other regular sandwich options on the menu but was glad to have found this one at least. The raspberry sauce is made in house and was amazing. Our server was super sweet and suggested that should we come back again we needed to try the beignets with their lemon sauce.
