Elizabeth has been the best physical therapist I've had. Intelligent, knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to create a program that meets my needs, she has helped me cope with my arthritis and my heart disease as I navigate this new path of old age. That isn't easy for me, because I want to stop Father Time by killing myself in the gym. That doesn't work anymore. I ask a multitude of questions, skeptical of everything. Ms. Zierke handles my queries well and has the requisite answers. The Cora facility in Cudahy is spotless, and I have seen them clean thoroughly after each patient. I wish my gym in Bayview were 20% as clean! Not only is the facility comfortable, but a great Mexican restaurant, Mexic 103, is right across the street. What more can you ask for?

Very disappointing experience. I work for Froedtert and I expected more from this place. My mother…read morein law never saw a social worker. Only a nurse case manager who was not very helpful with very poor manners. My MIL is elderly with TTWB and they are sending her home. The OT said she needed assisted living but never came to the room to discuss recs with family. My husband had to ask for education and training before discharge. She should NOT BE going home. Sadly I will never recommend this facility to anyone. I'm glad I work for Froedtert! Do better RHOW.

The Nurse said the Doctor would meet and give us a review of my family members condition before they discharged them. But the Doctor could not be bothered and just ignored us. The issues and lack of care kept mounting daily. They left our family member to sit in their own urine for four hours and wouldn't check them. UNLESS WE ASKED!! We had to stay with our family member 9 hours a day to make sure care was being given. They say they care but could not deliver! Then they send out a standard response asking to be contacted, so they can get the post removed. But when things where happening and we brought up the concerns. They met with us said they take these things seriously but then brushed off our concerns not following up at the time or even a few days later while our family member was still there.

It was a conversation with my family each step of the way that resulted in us having an excellent understanding of the process and outcomes. The staff is amazing and took such good care of my kids, making them comfortable along the way. The passion for what they do is second to none! I am so glad we sought Dr Graham's input before diving into to more traditional orthodontics.

Jenn was the doula for my second delivery and she was amazing. Since Jenn is a labor and delivery…read morenurse as well as a doula, she really is the best of both worlds. She provides the doula support (emotional, candles, music, aroma-therapy, making everyone feel comfortable and supported) but was also very helpful because of her medical knowledge. She was terrific during the actual labor of advocating for me and helping where appropriate. Jenn was respectful with the hospital staff and did not overstep; in fact, the hospital staff seemed happy to have Jenn there. Jenn also visited our house and provided us all of the education and checklists we needed before the labor and delivery. Jenn also gave us a very nice timeline of the labor so we can look back and remember all of the details. She also took pictures of some of the special moments so my husband could focus on being with me. My husband I highly recommend hiring Jenn as a doula.

We cannot say enough good things about Jenn!! Jenn was our Doula for the birth of our first child,…read moreand we had such an incredible experience! Jenn previously worked as a L&D nurse for 10+ years and is a wealth of knowledge for all things birth (and baby) related! Jenn's three educational classes ahead of birth were incredibly insightful and helpful, plus she shared the slides with us afterwards to refer back to (which we have done several times). During my actual labor, Jenn was my biggest cheerleader! She helped us understand everything that was happening and think of potential questions to ask to advocate for ourselves. She helped me into different positions to help labor progress, she brought jello and bone broth to snack on, she made the room feel cozy and relaxed, she helped me mentally process everything that was happening and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. I had intended to deliver naturally, and my birth ended with an unplanned c-section. There were several moments where my emotions got the best of me and Jenn helped me process everything that was happening and be happy with any direction we went. Afterwards, Jenn visited us in the hospital after birth and did a home visit a week after to help with the home transition. On top of all of this, Jenn sent us a time stamped overview of our birth story and it is something I will cherish forever! There is so much I've already forgotten from that day and Jenn's notes are so fun to look back on! Jenn was attentive, reliable and such a joy to work with! Even the staff at the hospital I delivered at were singing her praises! We loved working with Jenn and would recommend her services to anyone! She is the absolute best! :)

I'm not Catholic, I'm giving you a sociological observation, the staff and administrators here exude sincere compassion driven by their faith. I do volunteer entertainment work so any assisted living-skilled nursing facility I review is going to be good at scheduling social activity and cultural stimulation for patients and residents, but St. Anne's seems extra special in this department. The outside isn't so attractive but the insides are clean and comfortable, the chapel is lovely and there are many friendly gathering rooms. Family and friends seem quite welcome but the most remarkable thing about this place is that the food is good, though they did foist some decaffeinated coffee on me.
