I called the after-hours number twice recently and got calls back in less than 5 minutes both times from doctors who were able to provide advice and reassurance to this very anxious, first time parent. This is so helpful when you are up worried about your sick child. I don't know how else to describe it, but it just feels like they care about your child as much as you do and to me, that is so important and will ensure we stick with Milestones!
