The direct phone number sends the majority of calls to a call center outside of the clinic. No one is informed or helpful at the call center, that's why the patients dial the direct clinic number. Each time my family has an appointment, processes have changed and there is new red tape and hurdles to jump through. My children all take medication daily. Getting their intended, planned and scheduled refills between appointments is an absolute nightmare. We are in every 90 days for required check ups and are treated each time like they don't know us and ask the same questions as if it is not medication the children have been on for over a decade. We are treated like we are new rather than the fact that all their staff has turned over and they are all the new faces. The staff does not take the time to know their patients and their families. It is like a factory reset each time we walk in the front door. I'm shocked at the lack of care or concern they have for vulnerable children.
