Our food took an hour and a half to arrive. During that time, our waiter was extremely loud and obnoxious, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a welcoming one. There was no meaningful communication or apology for the delay. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and completely lacked flavor, which made the long wait even more frustrating. For the prices charged, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. What concerned me most was overhearing staff openly tell another customer that they had intentionally overbooked the night but "didn't know it would be this bad." That statement alone explains the entire experience. This wasn't an accident--it was a conscious decision to prioritize volume over service and quality. Valentine's Day is predictable. Restaurants know it's one of the busiest nights of the year. If you choose to overbook intentionally, you are responsible for maintaining service standards. Tonight, those standards were nowhere to be found. This experience showed a lack of planning, professionalism, and respect for customers' time and money. I hope management takes this seriously and reevaluates how they handle high-volume nights, because this is not something people will forget.

The food was OK, but i expected some English pub type food, but it was just the same type of sandwichs prepared differently. The service was bad. Not a bad spot on a Tuesday night! Band was lively, and the crowd was friendly. Didn't realize at first that there were three(+) levels, so finding the arcade on the second floor (as well as another bar) and the roof patio (with yet another bar) made this place super fun. Lots of different settings depending on what you are looking for. The rooftop was great though - giving a view of the city, as well as a lot of interesting built in art. Also loved the artistic (signed decorated) washrooms - that was a hilarious and unexpected touch! If I lived in Knoxville, this would definitely be one of my go-to spots!
