I have been coming to this office for YEARS, And every single time I say the same thing -I am so happy I found this practice . Everyone is amazingly kind , its almost like one big family. It's the same faces for years which is rare with doctors offices . Being a diabetic I have been to many different offices so I notice these things , by far this is my favorite . I have been seeing Jenna for years , I feel so comfortable speaking to her . She is kind and understanding. I saw Brooke Laine once and she was also amazing . The staff is always on point , always so nice and always smiling . Thank you guys for always having a positive attitude , it does not go unnoticed .

His staff is amazing and understanding, helpful and reliable when it comes to helping you in whole. I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. It's the same energy as before as if I'm family, everyone remembers me, especially Dr Chin. 10/10 I recommend them to anyone.

This would make our third attempt in searching for our family doctor after our doctor passed away…read moredue to COVID. So far the search has not been very pleasant. But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

I felt discriminated against, humiliated, the customer service was terrible, a long wait and then when I walked in with the doctor it was not a medical doctor but one who worked under someone else's license and on top of that I came to my consultation with a student like that If I had to make my health problems public with students, they do not respect the privacy of patients, he is not a real doctor and they charged me for the consultation and I did not even see the medical consultation because they told me that I was wasting my time there because they They didn't see patients like me there... it's terrible! Very bad experience with Dr. Jared Lazar, D.O. During a…read moremedical appointment, this doctor treated the patient inhumanely. He directly stated that he "would die" if he had a procedure, without providing clear explanations or showing empathy. Furthermore, he didn't allow discussion of high blood pressure, ignoring a serious concern. To make matters worse, the patient needed a prescription for his blood pressure, and they refused to give it with the excuse that "his doctor had never prescribed it," even though it's clearly recorded in the system. Very strange and totally irresponsible. As I told the secretary on the phone, I hold them responsible for anything that happens to my father starting yesterday. 8/21/2025 11:15 am I'm giving it because you can't give zero stars; if you could, I wouldn't give him one.

These were forms to be completed by hand (not digital, old school) and then had to be entered manually by the receptionist. I was a new patient and it would have been nice to have completed these forms online, prior to my visit. My appointment was set for 10:00. I did not get in the back for my triage until 10:30 and did not see the Doctor until after 11:00. They do not use a digital scales or blood pressure machines. Medical devices could use some updating. They required me to have an EKG, even though I expressed that I did not want one. They told me they would not bill my insurance and that it was for internal use only and was required by the Doctor. The examining room had rules on the wall and advertising for allergy testing, with two notices to turn your phone off as well as a referral policy. No artwork. The lobby was also decorated with policies on all the walls. Although, they did have lots of brochures for services and magazines on the waiting area. Now for my visit with Dr. Alvarez... the Doctor had a wonderful bedside manner. He was warm and friendly. Dr. Alvarez gave me a thorough exam and gave me some good medical advice. He spent a fair amount of time with me, I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Alvarez to anyone seeking a solid primary care physician.
