If you own and love Italian bikes, Moto Z is the only place to go. Jeff's knowledge and skills…read morewith Ducati (and MV, Aprilia, and just about anything else) is extensive. I would never go any other place. Also, Jeff's wife Deanna is the smart and savvy manager for the front of the business. Bill M Swain, NY

Awesome shop I'm WNY. The owner Jeff is a great dude. Very knowledgeable in all things motorcycles…read more Also, a very experienced rider himself, both on the race track and the street. They sell Furygan gear here (and some other stuff like Alpinestars). But Furygan is what I like about it. Very high quality European racing gear. Top of the line stuff. And very hard to actually purchase online, at least stateside. I am temporary here, but I brought my bikes with me. An Aprilia RSV4 RF and a BMW S1000RR HP. Jeff did a great job removing the ignition from the RSV4 and installing a woodcraft keyswitch eliminator. He also did a full service on it, and replaced al fasteners and fairing bolts with lighter weight, red, iodized aluminum ones. Installed a weight reduced SHORAI lithium battery as well. By the time he was done, my RSV4 had not only been fully serviced, but had top quality parts installed, and probably lost about 20-30 pounds in weight. And we all know, less weight = faster bike. Because there is no BMW Motorrad or Aprilia dealers / techs in the WNY area, I take my machines to Moto Z, and I trust and recommend them, highly. Prices are very fair too by the way. And every now and then they get reserved spots for track days and invite customers to join. Highly recommend doing track days.

Spring is here! Nothing like the open road, wind, sunshine, and the smell of exhaust!…read more I used to shop at the original Cycle World back in the day. I didn't know what to expect with the Cycle World Superstore. Cycle World Superstore is not the same company as the old Cycle World, but they definitely cater to all your bikey needs as one of the larger motorcycle shops on the east end. They have a LOT of gear. Not only sportsbike gear, but cruiser gear as well. If you are a dude that wants to be decked out in all black everything, you won't be disappointed! The woman's section is well organized by size and they had some nice jackets. I saw a few older model jackets that I didn't expect to be kicking around (like 5 years old) I didn't see some of the newer jackets I wanted to try on, but it only takes a few days to order it in. I wasn't as impressed with their boot and glove selection though. However, they they had a great selection of helmets, if you like Shoei (yay) and Icon helmets (meh). A more limited selection of Arai helmets though. They had ladies Suomy helmets which actually really surprised me. So shiny and blingy! As for the bike showroom, it was much larger than expected and packed full of used bikes. They had a good range of beginner bikes and larger bikes, and a surprisingly large number of cruisers. They keep the super sports bikes at the front of the store. I found the service here helpful, but you have to do some work too. Prices are average, but I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of you. Great shop!

worse place to bring your bike to be fixed! they lied about fixing things on my bike i fully told…read morethem more then 3x went to pick up my bike nothing was done too it but they over charged me for nothing being done and acted like they did work onto the bike. now i have to bring my bike to someone else to be fixed.. AGAIN DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE TO CYCLE WORLD SUPERSTORE!. I ALMOST DIED because of them. zero rating i give this place...
