Back in February 2019 one of Spacecrafts employees contacted me via telephone and offered to build…read morea website for my business they mentioned that they were huge downtown and they built P Terry's website The person mentioned what it costs and I thought it was reasonable so I agreed to have a meeting with them and oddly enough they were willing to come to my job site and talk over all they're selling points and get the ball rolling I was told that typically a five page website will be up and running within 30 days to six weeks That was not the case , in fact I think I counted almost 8 months of me paying for a website and still having to go back-and-forth with several different people within the company So I finally got fed up and short on time and decided not to go any farther with the company it seemed at every turn everything they asked me for became a big difficult problem, I took it as my business was not big enough for them after they got my card number So I moved on and decided to do some thing several months later on my own however I needed to gain access into my domain and was told by google I had to request it from space craft so I did, And the next thing you know I was not only locked out of my domain but the business email that I had linked to it both of which I had used for my business for the last decade The same domain that is plastered on my shirts, on my business cards and my work vehicle Now The very same domain I purchased through Go daddy in 2012 now points to a larger franchise Painting company, Mmm and everyone is telling me that it had to been released by me, Not True! Being that I was not nor am I intending to go out of business anytime soon, why would I do that? I'm just wondering if the offer of a competitors business card at my first meeting with spacecraft has something to do with all this? I believe the gentleman's name was Walter that said this much larger painting companies always looking for really good painters. I almost forgot the best part whoever took over the domain also enrolled me in to google pay per clicks and tallied up to $5700 in clicks which none of them benefited my company or me! Mmm Probably because it was pointing all the attention towards five star painting I truly hope that this company wasn't trying to squash out a small family owned business during a pandemic!

While SpaceCraft's templates are certainly easy enough for someone to do just that, I was swamped and overwhelmed and realized I could use an additional set of hands. SpaceCraft worked with me through its Design Package and was incredible to work with. I was a little all over the place during my kick-off call with Bexi but she just "got" me, no problem. I absolutely LOVE the look and feel of my website and she was so great to work with and totally patient with me as I tended to be a few days late on my deadlines. Their prices are incredibly fair, they stay on top of deadlines and their templates are beautiful. I needed a professional-looking website for my business, and that is exactly what I got from Hubrunner. The process was quick and painless. I sent them a few graphic files like my profile photo and business logo, and they quickly put together a commercial-quality web page containing all necessary background and contact information for my prospective clients. After approving the test website, it was easily uploaded to the web and went live immediately. I made a few revisions even after the website was finalized, and they were implemented on the same day I submitted them. Fantastic service, especially for those of us who don't want to try coding in html! The price includes some services that I am unlikely to use, but is very reasonable for professional webhosting. Let me share a little story with you folks and you can decide for yourself. I own The Tree Amigos…read morehere in Corpus Christi TX and about a year ago I started receiving phone calls every other day from folks asking "Is this Corpus Christi Tree Service?". Reluctant to say no, I would just say yes and let the questions go on, being as I had never heard of such competitor, I felt comfortable assuming it was OK and wouldn't be violating anybody in town. I have tried to remember how long these kept coming in before putting two and two together. So, one night I'm curious as to where my online results pop up when searching keywords such as "tree service Corpus Christi", or "Corpus Christi tree removal" etc. My phone number popped up first thing(on Google). There was my phone number in hyperlink connected to a .com named corpuschristitreeservice.com which I had never heard of before. What????? I opened the page and saw a familiar website of a competitor in town. It had the owner of that companies picture on the front page and all of his content. everything was identical except it had my phone number and said Corpus Christi Tree Service, by "The Tree Amigos". I was shocked and called my tech friend and asked him what he thought and explained to him that I had never met anybody, talked to anybody, had an agreement with anybody, signed anything, or had any clue how this website with my number had been developed. The first thing I did was call my competitor on his personal cell phone and explained my bizarre discovery to him and explained that it had his content and achievements etc. I promised him I had no knowledge of this and had no intentions of copying his website. He said he didn't care because he had recently shut his business down and said If I was getting business from it and wasn't paying for it to just go with it. That's when I started putting two and two together. I had been getting those calls for about a month regarding the Corpus Christi Tree Service before finding the website, which by the way was top result on Google. This free website was up and I kept answering to people on the behalf of my actual business The Tree amigos and my unintentionally inherited business now, Corpus Christi Tree Service. This went on for probably 6 months before I got a call from an Austin number. It was a Gentleman from a company called Local Leads Now LLC which I immediately knew was responsible for the website creation due to the fact that it is at the bottom of my page in small text. He explained to me that because their past relationship with a local tree business had been brought to an end by the means of closing down as I have previously mentioned, they were looking to establish a new relationship with a tree company in the Corpus Christi area. He explained to me that what had been going on the last 6 months was a free trial for me to see the success rate of their company and that I in no way owed them a penny. That if I was interested in continuing with the website, they would offer it to me for a certain amount(happens to be a fraction of what I'm spending on my large phone book ad) All I can attest to is this, I am paying a fraction of what I currently pay for my phone book/internet service with a company I would rather not name. My result placement is number 1 with Local Leads Now LLC, and it has been a true blessing thus far that they randomly selected me for the trial. My work load probably doubled this passed year which has a lot to do with return business but here has been a lot of new creation as well. I have only been with Leads Now LLC for about 7 or 8 months now since I payed for a year and it was probably a year ago when I discovered the surprise website. I can not say that they have been doing me right for years. I can not say that they have burned me. All I can say is that I pay a very small price for a great deal of success and so far I have told a lot of friends about my experience and that bang for buck, Local Leads Now LLC has been unbelievably beneficial to me. We shall see what the future holds and hopefully I don't have the same experience as some others have mentioned but it's not like they can really mess me up. Worst thing they can do is try to jack up my rates next year. I shall see. The whole copying website thing seemed kind of shady. You decide. I think the only reason they did it that way was because it was any easy template and the the competitor who had gone out of business had conveyed to them that they in fact were going to shut down and didn't mind about the content which admittedly I still leave up. Thus far, Im extremely happy with Leads Now LLC.

I will say I am no longer up set with Peter nor local leads now llc or his new name which is…read morenetworx or a quality contractor found on craigslist as well as back page and many other ways he creates leads. After evaluating my relationship with Peter I realized that he taught me way more about marketing than he ever took from me and today Even though he tried to minupulate my google listing to his advantage by keeping it live with his web site for several years after he stopped working with me I worked with google and managed to get back in control of it. He still has videos he has posted and has never edit with my name not included. He tried fr several years to maintain what he built and sell the leads to other contractors but could not do so because most of them no me in DFW. I realized what it was I went wrong with him,I got excited about him putting 100s of web sites up in dfw for me and I thought he was working really hard so some how I owed him but in reality i found the software he uses and it takes 10 minutes to create another site for his networxs. I respect his decision to stop working with me as I could not afford his service he increased my bill by doulbe over a 2 year mark. And he could do much better with out me financially and he did not need me any longer. I will never let go of my experience with local leads now and he shaped me in to the company that I am on line today. He taught me how to stand up for my self on the internet and stop letting marketers take advantage of me. I gave him control of my map address which made me a fool today and a smart company tommorow. I say this because I learned that because it is mine Google gave it back to me as soon as I proved it to them. I give Peter a 5 star review today from what I learned from him I realize tday that I may be a small business in arlington but it is mine and I should own every part of it including any web site that I have out there any media sites and any citations. It is not common any more for clients to give up the map listings on google because marketers are being banned from doing the verification for you. However all those back links all those so called hard earned money I spent on local leads now is not wasted. today I am doing exactly what he did and build my own presence on line. So even though my reputation on line can be quit confusing to the search results for the most part I have reclaimed every thing I let him build for me and today. The 50 web sites in DfW he built for his lead generation company have lost tremendous ranking and all that have been done over the last 3 years I did for my self has gained a higher ranking than any thing he did for me. So I am not mad at peter for teaching me how to market my self In Fact I am almost grateful for his techniques because I realized today that what was great that turned horrible because I could not pay him then when I realized I could do it for my self I realized it was not so horrible. So peter if you read this any time soon sorry about the bad review after realizing you did not do me wrong you never promised me any thing but your phone calls and emails and I did not realize that I was building you not me on the internet. So hats off to you peter may God Bless you with better rankings and May your lead business flourish some day at a greater level. If you hire peter to market you I suggest 3 things One do not give him your map address verify your own do not let him use tracking numbers for his web sites pay him a flat rate for the use of his service. If you do any other aggreements realize in advance YOU DO NOT OWN IT he does and you should not get mad like I did when he decides to take it from you one day.
