I feel that my contract was misrepresented and quite possibly it was done so intentionally. I specifically told the person on the phone that my primary problem was with wasps and that they were overtaking my yard. I signed up for a 1-year contract with my understanding being that they would come and spray my interior and exterior and that if I saw wasps return within a few weeks to give them a call and they would come and respray. They came, sprayed, and left. The guy spraying the outside was a trainee and quite frankly looked like he had no idea what he was doing. I don't think he even sprayed the south side of my property. Today, about three weeks later, I discovered the largest infestation of wasps I have ever seen on my property and I promptly called excited that this would be taken care of only to be told that it would cost an extra $45. After telling the person on the phone that this was not what I was told and she tells me that it's in the contract that I signed that they would not guarantee wasps. I explained that I was told that if they came back the exterminators would come out and respray and she proceeds to tell me that she would have to, "listen to the recordings" to see if that's what was really what was said. Apparently, for Beeline, the customer is a lying sack-of-shit that needs to be proved wrong. She then tells me that the person who listens to recordings is busy and that they would call me back tomorrow morning. I ask to speak to a manager and she tells me that there are no managers after 4pm (it was just after 4pm). I continue to get more frustrated with the utter lack of help and subtle accusations that I'm a liar. Seeing that I'm a new customer it should have been an easy fix; "I'm so sorry it seems that we didn't properly communicate our policy with wasps. Since you're a new customer we will send someone out to take care of this but for future reference our policy is __________." Bam! I would have been now aware and not insulted and the problem would have been resolved. Instead, I'm an angry and unsatisfied customer that will spread the word that this company, in my experience, will do whatever it takes to get you to sign the contract and then fail to fulfill any verbal representations. Sure, I could have read the contract closer and asked questions, but it's not exactly a large amount of money we are talking about here--more of the principle of the matter. Eventually, after questioning how they could possibly still be open without any sort of supervision, I was connected with a manager who agreed to send out someone to spray and explained their policy. He said that they would come back and kill wasps that return to the same nest, but that's nonsense to me. I personally knocked the old nests down. Maybe they did the "right thing" in the end--Too bad it was really too late. This should have been offered immediately to their new customer. Misunderstandings and miscommunication happens, I get that. Heck, it's even possible I was wrong and I simply did not recall being told about the wasps not being covered, though I really feel that I was told what I said above as wasps were my main priority. I'm new and a little bit of good old customer service would have helped a lot here. You know, the kind that says that, "the customer is always right." Maybe I was mistaken but a happy and informed customer beats a disgruntled one any day of the week. Obviously I will not be continuing business with this company when the contract is up as I simply do not trust them. To boot, I had a quarter sized spider crawling across my house a few days ago. I question their product entirely now. As I said, this is by far the worse grouping of wasps I've seen on my property. They were literally falling off their new nest in golf ball sized clumps. read more

The technician was right on time and super friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very courteous. Highly recommend.

Sent me a letter charging me $30 for "cancelling" when i never signed a contract with them, or even cancelled. I'll make sure I mention to anyone looking for pest control to go elsewhere. read more

I'm not one who usually reviews a business, but, I am so happy with the service I received from Beeline. First- I was put on their schedule the very next day after a semi frantic phone call about my house seeming to be invaded by bugs. Then, the technician showed up on time and he had all the knowledge about what these bugs were and what it would take to get rid of them. Then... he got rid of them!!! No more middle if the night bugs dropping in on me while sleeping . I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call again when another pest pops in to squat at my house... read more

MISLEADING AND DISHONEST! Was told over the phone that spraying for wasps was guaranteed for the nests they spray and if they came back, they would come back for free to retreat. No time limit was mentioned. The wasps were back after six weeks. Called to have someone come back out to spray again and was told the guarantee was only for 30 days. They will not retreat, because it must be new wasps. Really, you know they must be new ones? The tenants have probably been seeing them for a few weeks before they decided to report it. If they had told me up front it was only good for 30 days I NEVER would have done it. Own four rental properties and this was a test run with these guys. Will NEVER do business with them again. I guess there's a reason that pest control companies have such a bad reputation!! read more

Paid $850 for a termite treatment. 15 year guarantee. Was told by the technician that the termites range is huge and we would be "treating all our neighbors within a blocks radius." 1 year later we found termites in the barn that is literally less than 20 feet away from the building treated. Called and they are sorry. It could be a different hive. I'd have to pay for a second treatment. read more

They say that their product is safe for kids and animals, and they give you discounts for frequent use. We had been using beeline for years, through the birth of two children. Our youngest developed ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) at age two. it didn't take long to find out that pesticide exposure is linked to leukemia. Do a quick google search, plenty of sources out there. I am livid about this. Never again will I allow unknown chemicals into my home, and I urge you to reconsider before you do. read more

Service man was on time, clean cut and professional. Very satisfied with job done. Wasps are gone.

I have used Beeline before with great success but my last time was an EPIC fail. I had carpet beetles show up in the summer and I called them and asked them specifically if they could deal with those. When their driver arrived, he said no one had told him he was doing those and it would cost me more. I got someone on the phone and after a lot of back and forth, they agreed that it was supposed to be included in the price. He did a light spray, didn't even go in my garage (as I was told) and left. Low and behold...the carpet beetles stayed. Next spray, I told them there was still a problem. They told me that I could have called to have them come back, but I travel for work and don't want a company out every week, I want the problem resolved. He said he would take care of it and quickly sprayed again. Still carpet beetles. I called the office. The girl acted like she had no idea what I was talking about "carpet beetles". Put me on hold for a long time and said someone would call me back. Next call I got was for my next service. I called in and asked why on earth would I use a service that can't kill the bugs they promise, and don't call back when they say they will. They apologized and then told me I had to pay for the next quarter. No thank you. I called in again and told them I would be happy to pay for another quarter if they could hold up their end of the bargain by actually killing bugs. I got a "uhhhh" we can have someone call you back. Call never came. Finally, after being sent to collections and never receiving a customer service call as promised, I called today to remind them that I am not renewing with them. They said if I had called before...WHAT? I did, twice. No one returned my calls. I had to pay $30 to cancel my end of the agreement and they got away with not upholding their end. Terrible staff that isn't knowledgeable about bugs...apparently doesn't document when a customer calls in unsatisfied and then bullies with a threat of a credit report if I don't cancel and agreement they didn't fulfill. Fly away from this company as fast as you can! read more

I would never trust them to service my house again. BEWARE. Even though services were not performed.. They bill me and basically trespass. In my opinion, bery untrustworthy. Service reps are suspect, on an earlier service... He finished my entire 2000 so ft house inside and out in anout 10 mins. They wont work with you... Very poor and sad customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! instead, pick a company thats trustworthy. read more

They hire inexperienced idiots, and use weak bait. Not good.

Our tenants in our rental called us to inform us we had a mass invasion of maggots. It was Memorial Day weekend. We went to the unit and figured they were termites. Beeline came first thing Tuesday after Memorial Day. Luckily for us, they were not termites. The Beeline Technician was very friendly. A few of the big larva had turned into a small beetle type big. The Technician told us Ihe had never seen this type of bug , but would take a few back to the office. These larva were everywhere on the carpet . After a through spraying , our tenants were concerned because they were expecting their first child in two weeks. We asked the Technician if these bugs could have been brought into the unit. Our tenants were hikers and had a dog. He told us no. In the mean while I tenants were staying with family. Two days after being sprayed , we had the carpets steamed cleaned , as directed by the Beeline Technician. The tenants came back to their home the night the carpets had been cleaned. The next morning, more bugs were back. The tenants assumed the bugs were coming through floors or walls and decided to move. We called Beeline and they told us they did not know what kind of bugs they were or how they were getting into the apartment. They told us we needed to give the treatment a week before they would come back, even though we told them there we just as many living larva as when the sprayed. We hired a another company who immediately identified the larva and Beetles as carpet beetles. The Technician told us they are commonly brought into homes through trekking, or hiking and dogs. The tenants had moved out thinking it was a problem with our house yet it was from them. All this could have been taken care of if the Beeline Technician has more knowledge or would have tried to identify the mass swarm of bugs in our home. The new company was more through. They pulled up the carpet , sprayed and put a power substance along the walls below the carpet then replaced the carpet . They throughly went though the house looking behind , the stove , refrigerator bathroom and laundry room. Beeline's lack of knowledge of insects, cause us to lose a perfectly good tenants , rental income and put out extra money. I would not recommend this company. read more

We had a sudden influx of mice after a field had been mowed down. We saw them outside, and heard them inside. We called Beeline, and were able to set an appointment for the next day. We haven't seen or heard any mice since the next day (it's now been approx 2 weeks) They also have a 3 month warranty, so were aren't worried. Everyone on their staff was very kind. Would use again for any type of pest control. read more

Disappointing. I thought from talking with Beeline Pest that the $120 would cover them spraying my condo for rodents and giving me suggestions on keeping them out but when they came they just dropped a few poison pellets and left. When I called and let them know I was disappointed they said with shared walls the only thing that can be done is to be careful not to leave food out because if one person has a rodent problem they will just come through the walls. So I am no better off then simply sticking with the poison from Walmart I already purchased earlier this week. read more
