Neighbors' dogs barking all night, my dogs barking all night. The person I talked to told me to wait for the mother to come pick him up. He was stuck in my yard and could not get out. I sat and watched him attempt to climb up my shed and fence to no avail. The mother came with her other little raccoons and she was unable to get him. Eventually we were left with no choice but to try to pull the chainlink to create a small opening to let him wiggle through back to her. These raccoons then camped out for a week on the roof of my shed. We were unable to sleep and the neighbors got a few scares from them when they would come home, as my shed is up to their driveway. The person on the phone said they likely were living in my shed. But they were not. The interior of the shed remained cleaned and undamaged. They just stayed on the roof where we had no clue how to help them move on. No response back from this company even after I asked them to come ASAP to set traps to humanely remove and relocate them. Luckily after that solid week they did move on. But with a week of no sleep, trying to keep my dogs from tearing them apart, and getting ready to put our house on the market, I would have gladly paid for the services they claimed to offer. This company could have made some money that I was more than willing to give them. But they'd rather not do as their business implies, it would seem.

Bad communication and poor customer service. they told me they would come out and spray at 9 in the…read moremorning and left me waiting around after I moved all my furniture away from the walls and didn't return my calls or text all day until 5 at night to let me know Zack messed up on the schedule and couldn't get me in for a spray. he offered a free spray for the next day but i was letting him know I wasn't happy and frustrated with the lack of communication. after explaining he doesn't have his phone on him for 9 hours so no one can get a hold of him not even employees. i called bs on it and he didnt like it because I don't like being lied to and he told me at a drop of a hat he's done with min and my parents business. dropped 2 customers just because of lack of communication on his part. Very cheap price but you get what you pay for.

Brian was able to fit me in that evening and after a quick search he was able to find a raccoon nesting under the shed. I was worried my pup would end up getting hurt and immediately asked him what we could do. Brian had everything set up the next morning and the raccoon was trapped within a couple of days. In addition to trapping the animal he went above and beyond to build a mesh screen along the bottom of my shed, preventing any other animals from making it their next home. All of this happened while I was out of state and Brian stayed in contact with me via text and phone calls working around my schedule. Sharing pictures of every step and making sure I knew about (and was on board with) his entire process. Additionally, we did make many attempts to cancel the monthly service that we never did sign up for to begin with to no avail. They sent someone out anyway while we were on vacation and sent an invoice that took us months to be able to put to rest (after calling them many times with their promise that a district or regional manager would call us to resolve the issue, and nobody ever did call us). After many rounds of that, we finally called again and threatened to report them to BBB and they canceled the invoice right away. The email address that kept sending the invoice to us does not receive incoming email, so our emails to them would bounce back. But then when we got on the phone with them, they would ask for proof of email that we'd attempted to cancel the service. I find this whole situation very deceptive. Stay away from this company.

He was able to give me a quote over text and could come out the next day!!! All of the other companies that bothered to reply couldn't come out for a week or more, and they gave a "starting" bid. Phil kept in constant communication with me. He let me know when he was on his way and when he would be arriving. He even arrived a little earlier than the window given. He walked the perimeter of the house, looked at all of my concerns, explained that what I thought were box elder were actually another beetle (no red x on their back). I knew of one area where wasps were getting in under the patio ceiling, and soffit around the house. Phil not only hit the entire perimeter of the house, yard, trees, and area where I knew the wasps to be, but he hit the entire soffit everywhere there was space to spray. He offered to come inside the house and spray all of window frames, but I didn't think it necessary. Needless to say, we had bug graveyards surrounding the house within a day. I did notice a few stragglers after about 5 days and when I asked him about it, he said he'd be out to do a second treatment. Full disclosure we have a lot of trees, of which some are growing over the house touching the roof above the window I noticed a few (like three instead of thirty) bugs hanging around. He offered to come inside and this time I said yes. He wore protective slippers over his shoes and hit every window in and door upstairs and down.
