I sat and watched him attempt to climb up my shed and fence to no avail. The mother came with her other little raccoons and she was unable to get him. Eventually we were left with no choice but to try to pull the chainlink to create a small opening to let him wiggle through back to her. These raccoons then camped out for a week on the roof of my shed. We were unable to sleep and the neighbors got a few scares from them when they would come home, as my shed is up to their driveway. The person on the phone said they likely were living in my shed. But they were not. The interior of the shed remained cleaned and undamaged. They just stayed on the roof where we had no clue how to help them move on. No response back from this company even after I asked them to come ASAP to set traps to humanely remove and relocate them. Luckily after that solid week they did move on. But with a week of no sleep, trying to keep my dogs from tearing them apart, and getting ready to put our house on the market, I would have gladly paid for the services they claimed to offer. I will not name names, but let us just say they had my anxiety on EDGE, and eventually I wanted to Seala way from them. After three months of misrepresented products and technicians cutting corners, I called Bulwark like a drunk ex begging them to take me back. They laughed with me, said it happens all the time, and welcomed me back with no hard feelings. They even let me return with my original promotional price. Maybe they say that to all their customers, but I felt special. I have been with Bulwark for at least four years now, and every technician has been helpful, professional, and thorough. They always give me a heads-up before they arrive, but they never expect a reply. If I am busy, they just get the job done and follow up by text with a full report, including what they treated, photos of treated or concerning areas, and any tips or suggestions. But he still gave me a clear rundown of the treatment, I topped off his water bottle, and he got to work. He cut absolutely no corners. At the end, he gave me a verbal report, including mentioning the wasp nest he knocked down that I didn't know about, which means he basically preemptively saved me from getting stung. Absolute legend. Even after giving me the verbal report, he still took the time to send everything by text as well. About an hour later, I was driving to my neighbor's house a few blocks away, and who did I see? Jacob W. And this man was executing a flawless parallel parking job.
